I think so. This news should underpin the 2021 results which are currentky estimated at PBT around 60m euros, eps 5.5 cents, divi 2.2 cents. If we had the share price going to just 40p ie 48cents then we'd still only be on a PER of under 10.
I see upside here and have tried to buy some more this morning.

"The ILT has this week sent the letters of approval on the verification investigation to the thermal cleaners. This means that the thermal cleaners can offer TGG again. The environmental services are informed about this by the ILT."

The number of share purchases by directors is interesting to me also. Vote of confidence by those in the know or hinting at possible corporate action to come? It only takes one 7 AM RNS to change the complexion here.Dibbs

Seems actually that the Decree to amend the articles for the groundwater and sustainable and efficient use of the soil (Supplementary Decree on the Environment Act)has been drafted by Wijn & Stael (Dutch legal office)and published.

Looks like TCG is getting back into the market (and legacy ATM re-opens) by having soil applications to only a specific number of projects and with high regulatory supervision, assuming decree draft is legit and gets voted in parliament unamended.

No mention tho on when it will be brought into parliament for voting.

CAN WE GET AT LAST A POSITIVE RNS FROM RWI AFTER ANOTHER YEAR OF MISERY?

Unfortunately I don't expect any positive movement in the price until Feb-20, as you (George) said they suggest they will be certified for New ATM. Any news about this is the dominant factor that affects share price at the moment. We have to be patient for at least two more months... Hopefully (positive scenario) it will recover after positive news in Feb-20 towards Sep-2020...

Yes this stock is dead and rotten for various reasons. Check thread. Dutch Govt is playing ball and has been very punitive to say at least against rwi.

But could recover next year (if you have the stomach and nerves to keep holding it).

1)They suggest they will be certified for New ATM by Feb-20 and currently can handle 50% of the legacy capacity. By Sep-20 the capacity will grow to 100% (effectively shutting down the legacy ATM business).See below from p.6 of the presentation.

February 2020: Tests for product certification ongoing and expected early 2020
September 2020: Investment of c€10m for filler silos, storage facilities and product quality improvement. Capacity to sort 100% of TGG production

2)No idea tbh. Worst case, if they completely ban TCG in the Netherlands they will have to ship it to other countries and bear the transport costs.

George, I have a couple of questions.

Is there any timetable for the new ATM to take over, I'm assuming it doesn't need regulatory permission?

What happens to all the untreated soil currently cluttering up constructors storage areas. Surely someone has to deal with it?

ATM is a dead end. Even if they get temporary permission, they will face the same issues again in a few months time.

ATM disputes with the government go back to the mid-90s and it's not a 2017 issue.

The only way forward is to abandon any plans for licensed TCG soil (shut down legacy ATM) and convert all facilities to apply secondary material separation (new ATM).

From 2020 the "new ATM" will able to absorb 50% of the legacy business capacity and will make TCG soil obsolete anyway.

Fighting with the Government to re-open parts of ATM TCG is a waste of time and shareholder's money.
