02/1/2020 10:58 | The sell side analysts - Peel Hunt (60p), Invesco (50p), Numis (Under review), Edison (no TP) have not yet updated their estimates for ATM (legacy or new) starting production in FY2021 (Mar-20 to Mar-21). But RWI implies that new ATM will take up 100% of legacy capacity by Sep-20 so there's good upside there. Bigger catalyst shorter-term tho is the listing in Amsterdam in a few weeks - ESG assets in Benelux are in high demand and Dutch pension funds (that are restricted in investing only in the local exchange) should take huge volumes once RWI starts trading in Euro. | george stobbart
02/1/2020 10:02 | Broker update from Peel Hunt, target price 60p That would be rather satisfactory !! | betman
28/12/2019 09:49 | It's interesting that the LSE chat forum is virtually dead for RENEWI - shows that there has been virtually no trading interest in the share - understandably this has been a lifeless share since the ATM problem. Will the market wake up following the recent news. Seems to me that there is still plenty of upside left - apart an Amsterdam listing the new management appointments should invigorate performance - strange that only Peel Hunt are following this share with their 60p prediction - showing 50% upside from today & realistic. | mathurin1
27/12/2019 16:19 | Another solid day here, such a relief..have been underwater on these for ages! | dplewis1
24/12/2019 11:16 | george, I have been trying to find out when RWI would be listed in Amsterdam but couldn't find out. Many Thanks for that. Happy Christmas. | gregsc
24/12/2019 11:01 | Will be interesting to see who are the buyers / sellers in incoming TR-1s . And also if the Dutch pension funds have started opening positions ahead of Renewi's listing on Amsterdam Stock exchange next Jan/Feb. | george stobbart
23/12/2019 13:59 | Well I bought today, having missed earlier bargain prices of the last few months. Sometimes it's an even bigger mistake hoping for a pullback that might never come, on a stock that seems to have a big future ahead, now an uncertainty has been cleared. | nick rubens
23/12/2019 12:31 | Yes sensing that it's more than just us looking at it. January should confirm direction. They are in a sector that should be at the forefront of countries going carbon neutral by 20XX but are experiencing that even with the best of intentions that's a lot harder than everyone realises with growing populations. Investing in carbon capture initiatives would be a natural development but they may need to reimagine a bit more what waste disposal actually means for them to start focussing on that. | sirrux
23/12/2019 08:12 | Looks like we are on our way. 40p next stop. | robsy2
22/12/2019 21:19 | Without much reasoning, I'd say yes..got to think with ATM back in the game this co is seriously cheap considering the market and opportunity. I have high hopes my average will be exceeded next year..! | dplewis1
22/12/2019 10:43 | Surely this stock can go only one way now. | gregsc
20/12/2019 16:00 | The majority are algo orders, so worked POV or VWAP orders (or any sell side algo type) that just tick along all day and finish in the auction. | dplewis1
20/12/2019 15:56 | I asked because the 33.35p looked like substantial blocks, but yes many buys taking them on. Being AT trades, I presume they are not entered live by investors but rather triggered limit orders for buys/sells? | nick rubens
20/12/2019 13:00 | That 33.5 iceberg sale has caved finally. The algo marches on now paying 33.6. | dplewis1
20/12/2019 11:22 | No idea. But there are algo buys going through at 33.5 so it's still looking good. | dplewis1
20/12/2019 11:02 | who's selling at 33.35p, any ideas? | nick rubens
20/12/2019 10:53 | This now reminds me of Augean, just after the whole 'landfill tax / charges' debacle in August 2017 - where everyone bailed out "high debt, vastly reduced profit potential, etc etc" I piled in at under 30p. I had to wait 3 months to see 30p again, but having top sliced at £1, still have 55% 'tax-paid & in for free' I see the same potential here for a 3 year keep. | outsizeclothes.com
20/12/2019 10:37 | Holding its gains well. I actually bought 15k in the auction at 31.55, shame it spiked so much but you could see huge buy orders going into the uncrossing. Really onwards and upwards for this now, the ATM was clearly a huge hurdle and now it's resolved so I might actually make some money off this for a change! | dplewis1
20/12/2019 10:17 | Undoubtedly good news. I have had this on my watch list for over a year. I will most likely leave it until the new year before taking a stake. | salpara111
20/12/2019 09:10 | Great news this morning and let’s hope this is the start of the climb back up to 100p. My average is 39p but I’m not adding yet and will wait to see if it falls back after the initial exuberance. | warranty
20/12/2019 08:30 | Given the impact on profits of not having the ATM facility and the march down from 100p, that is good news and may herald the start of a change in fortunes. If they can get it right on ESG issues generally as they claim to want (since the rebrand), then a bright future awaits. | sirrux
20/12/2019 08:17 | I don't know where good research(what our George does) meets inside information... Anyway,I've bought some more and had to pay 32.6p for mine.... | robsy2
20/12/2019 08:16 | I know right, crazy.. | dplewis1
20/12/2019 08:11 | That 90k director buy yesterday surely should be reported to the FCA! | wad collector
20/12/2019 08:09 | I think so. This news should underpin the 2021 results which are currentky estimated at PBT around 60m euros, eps 5.5 cents, divi 2.2 cents. If we had the share price going to just 40p ie 48cents then we'd still only be on a PER of under 10. I see upside here and have tried to buy some more this morning. | robsy2 |
