Steve and Sachin and probably the only CEOs I have come across that do respect shareholders.

Every time a placing has been at a premium or at no discount mainly with institutions how can anyone blame them for the 0.9p price this time round when someone leaked it and the price got knocked...sure they can cancel the placing but then they can say bye to holding a significant position in Rathlin.

This company has some really top class assets, held in a complex system though. I’m really not here to provoke but is it not fair to say that shareholder loyalty is not being respected.

A major segment of the funding should have been via the more traditional process of an open offer, enabling you guys to not only increase your positions at a discount but directly funding your company.

Where in AIM can we find fairness and respect?
