05/10/2019 07:39 | So where is RBd going to get £12mn of after tax income, at the very least, to pay a 0.2p dividend? Utter fantasy. | divmad
05/10/2019 06:51 | Let's see the deal, WN needs proving up and a successful EWT. | stockport loser
04/10/2019 23:05 | And I am serious here - If they do the above, it then produces a company that, with a more realistic shareprice, can start to use equity for all-paper acquisitions, which is what they need to grow. FWIW I think also that S&S MAY be considering a change of direction and becoming producers, but that's tentative just now. | tunley
04/10/2019 23:00 | Hi GoM. I think it's a way of double rewarding shareholders whilst getting a rerating of the share on value grounds. If say S&S decide upon a 'sit up and take note' kind of event, paid a 0.2 p on income/sale of something - then a/ The stock becomes one for income - high risk but also goes up 2-2.5 times in order for it to show forecast dividend yield of say 8% -10% b/ Clearly you get 20% of your shareholding value So, if you had £100k's worth you'd see it go up very quickly to £200k and in the meanwhile get a dividend of £20K. Which is nice... | tunley
04/10/2019 18:24 | Was always under the impression that S & S would windup the fund/company when the disconnect disappeared or when a suitable offer appeared. Therefore they must feel that the distance between now and those possible scenarios is closing and they want to be pre-prepared incase a point arrives where they can realise the sale of assets quickly and efficiently. WN could fly through in a couple of months and the lads sat on a major cash pile in which case they would want to return proceeds to stakeholders asap. K | korvet
04/10/2019 17:00 | Will do Korvet, I’ve been watching this one though so already aware of capital return. What is the idea behind creating distributable reserves though concurrent to raising money from the market for further investment? Seems a bit early in the life of a company to start making noises about dividends. | gunsofmarscapone
04/10/2019 16:49 | Have a look on LSE, a good post to remind us of S&S attitude on return of capital to shareholders by Miker444. K | korvet
04/10/2019 16:44 | Granny yes of course it’s impossible to sympathise with you just because you lost money on paper today, really none of my business. My point remains that AIM is designed to be a money pump for venture capital: we carry the risk and often over value these weaners, they then fundraise from the sweat of your backs. If there was any fairness or respect for shareholders you would be offered the chance to buy further shares in your company not only at a discount, but providing real capital to your company instead of competitive gambling with market counterparties. How will capital and/or dividends be returned to shareholders given future success? With a business entity between yourselves in a listed company and the actual business operation in a private enterprise it seems more of an influence game rather than being able to petition your own company via direct shareholder activism. It is too complex a corporate arrangement for me, preferring direct holdings in companies. Watching though with more interest now. | gunsofmarscapone

04/10/2019 15:36 | It Looks like there's been a few selling out in the belief that the share price would fall further and they could buy back in at a lower share price below 1p in the placing...but if the fundraise is at or above the last raise price they will be really peeved....Like that moron under the radar will be when the MASSIVE fundraise arrives at prd..LOL. | grannyboy
