08/10/2019 22:14 | Those who have patience in their investment strategy, should do very well here. | showmethemoneyhoney01
08/10/2019 20:26 | Like before. 100m Parta once 3 wells are done. 200m for WN as is,and Max 400m once wells 3&4 are done. UK£. | tunley
08/10/2019 19:01 | What should our stake in Danube be valued at? And WN, pre-EWT? | divmad
08/10/2019 18:59 | I’ve heard IT ALL before! Baaaaa baaaaaaa 😂 | under the radar
08/10/2019 18:58 | These are quality insti's, not 5k flippers. They want to see a return on West Newton.Cash | cashandcard
08/10/2019 18:57 | OOPS 😬 0.9p with massive overhang to churn through Going nowhere for ages 🐑🐑 | under the radar
08/10/2019 18:57 | Acceptable price given that, with this raise, they have bought control of the largest onshore oil&gas find in the UK since 1970's - let that sink in folks. The CPR will shine light not just on West Newton, but the entire PEDL, which I can only see being upgraded given what we know about WN thus far.Whilst most of the money is for WN and Parts, rest of the portfolio will also now have a comfort cushion of money in case it's required.Cash | cashandcard
08/10/2019 18:37 | Rbd macap will be c£60m post placing of which £46m will be attributed to Rathlin at the most recent Rathlin raise share price. This leaves £14m for cali, danube & corallian. Plus recent Rathlin raise implies a current valuation for 100% of WN of c£80m. Still lots of upside potential across the portfolio but just much more concentrated towards one asset . Let's hope S&S have good reason to be so bullish - they are almost placing their repuations on the line with WN. Just as markets have wrung RBD let's hope S&S managed to negotiate as hard as poss with Rathlin. I wonder if equity swap was a cute way of sweetening the deal for Rathlin shareholders too? | 5chipper
08/10/2019 18:26 | The key to them investing in this raise is that they have enough newsflow to sell into, it's a big amount. Which they will be given with RBD over the next six months with WN, Parta, Cali and a drill on N Sea assets. The key is knowing/ predicting these rises will get sold into, trade accordingly and you can do well. | stockport loser
08/10/2019 17:53 | Given they are going to end up with a large chunk of West Newton and given the last raising was 1.10p that really is mates rates. 6.7bn shares in issue is a bit of a drag so may be they will consolidate sooner rather than later. Good luck all anyway but I can bet some are annoyed at that. | soulsauce
08/10/2019 17:37 | That's not necessarily true-They don't buy unless they can guarantee profits- Often shares are presold above placing price on the hype beforehand - its AIM - | bigsi2
08/10/2019 17:36 | Institutions only buy small cap AIM shares if they can see mega multiple growth. | showmethemoneyhoney01
08/10/2019 17:29 | Exceptional circumstances. £24m in this market is not easy. | showmethemoneyhoney01
08/10/2019 17:26 | Yep, PI's legged over yet again, S & S have lost a bit of credibility in my book, they said each raise will be higher than the last! Mates rates for friends in the city | theclangers
08/10/2019 17:26 | Agreed, Stockport. This was never going to be done at a premium, regardless of the merits of the investment. | divmad
08/10/2019 17:22 | Ah, thanks.0.9p is a bit pathetic tbh.Ho hum, AIM for you. | astralvision
08/10/2019 17:21 | It was released at 4.45 | showmethemoneyhoney01
08/10/2019 17:15 | 0.9p, that's fine and I think they will get over subscribed, 0.95 I was looking for so I can live with that. Of course the share price told us roughly where it was going to be, yet all we have heard is 1.1 and 1.2 - there are a lot of sheeple in RBD which is no bad thing in my mind. | stockport loser
08/10/2019 17:13 | Speculation, nobody knows until the RNS is released. K | korvet
08/10/2019 17:13 | EDITED .... Obviously didn't see the RNS ...Apologies.. | grannyboy
08/10/2019 17:02 | Will drop badly, yeah right. Let's see where this is in a month and a year. Tomorrow is just that. | showmethemoneyhoney01
08/10/2019 17:01 | Which ever way you look at it, the company will have £24m cash to do what they think best to create shareholder value from here on. | showmethemoneyhoney01
08/10/2019 17:01 | Will drop badly tomorrow | jammydodger1 |
