You are not going to get operational progress reports until the funding,etc, is sorted ..hopefully the fundraise will be voted through, then the equity issue not to long delayed.

I was too slow - had to sell something and there was (and still is) no liquidity!

I was hoping the RNS might be more focused on operational progress rather than annoying little problems!

Yes, I think they could have played it better, however RBD still has a strong interest in WN whatever the %.I bought some under 0.9, if the iis are going to make money then so will I.

RBd will control Rathlin, regardless of the equity swap going ahead. Fact. So RBD will control the work flow at WN. Fact. That's all I need to know.

Reading the 'Proposed Placing' rns , and the quote ...

"has verbally agreed with certain shareholders of Rathlin"

Looks to me like 'other' shareholders in Rathlin have took umbrage at been excluded from the 'certain' shareholders list .. And are hankering after the upside from being a shareholder in a quoted company like RBD and the potential for massive upside ... Just my humble opinion.

Yes they did expect the share price to drop to the placing price, they are not stupid, 99% of the time all companies shares fall to the placing level .. and they have stated in rns's that the equity swap would be at the fund raise price.

I'm guessing Rbd didnt expect the share price to drop to the placement price hence Rathlin shareholders are nervous about the equity swap, Rathlin probably want a lower share price for the swap

I'm not 100%, but they still input the 16m and take a bigger share, just not 75%? It's less dilution of course if it the equity swap does not happen.

I wonder if the Rathlin shareholders in the proposed equity swap have received a better offer from someone else? Surely this would a great opportunity for a company wanting to acquire WN to get in cheaply?

Notwithstanding the significant progress made to date, there can be no assurance that the Proposed Equity Swap will be completed.
