The best analogy I have for QBT is imagine travelling back to 1990 and saying ..ive got this thing that compresses music..I call it my phonographic 3 or mp3... Will you buy it..OK can we see it.Well it's a great Idea ..Can we try it.Eerr will its much better.Then comes some else with mp3 and sells it..Yes qbt system is better but you can't by it.So who do you think industry will go for.

Yes the ownership structure is a major red flag on QBT. All is ready to siphon any funds / benefit away from QBT shareholders.

However I personally am unable to reconcile Rns statements which speak of early stage talks with miners with the videos produced which paint a picture of imminent agreement.

QBT's Methods could be worth $billions to miners in extra revenues and energy savings in the years and decades to come, so it's obvious there could be a takeover at some point.
