The only problem will be if the directors want to assign a value to QBT's Intellectual property. The judgment debt can be entered at face value, with a caveat at to recoverability. QBT has no significant liabilities, so there is no problem with 'going concern' while they have cash left, though the auditors may (certainly should)point out that its ability toi continue depends upon receiving net revenue or raising money within the next financial year.

There is a good deal of complexity in Gardin's corporate affairs, of course. Whether most of any profit will disappear out of QBT to other entities is an interesting question. Personally, I expect that question will remain hypothetical. First make your profit, as MRS Beaton might have said [on cooking jugged hare, 'first catch your hare']. I

t is surprising though that the prospective billionaires here do not seem to take any interest in the company and debt structure. It would be quite a shock for them if QBT did hit the jackpot with its tech, but no billions ended up in the QBT shareholders sticky mitts. The QBT directors and insiders seem to be in no hurry to load up! But then, perhaps they appreciate better than some that hares are 'challenging' to catch.

Not so sure myself. The last bunch seems to have spent lots of time pointing out underlying difficulties in composing their report with a final wave through of the directors say it's OK and we can't prove anything so we'll sign off on it. Did they kind of wash their hands of the task? Also the new kids only have three months to look at things before producing the next round of accounts and changing auditor at such a late stage in the year can cause continuity problems.

I don't see anything alarming in the change of auditor, and there should be ample time for the new auditor to get the accounts out on time. It is not a big job, just a matter of reconciling the expenditure with the diminution of the cash in hand.

So far, the share price has held up amazingly well. Down over 12 months and YTD of course, but that was to be expected. Cash has been burned over those periods, and with every passing month the likihood of revenue this ya diminishes. The only new information this year is that expenditure on patent applications has been stepped up and that making the tech work in the real world is proving 'challenging'.

Be patient, wait for 0.8p. It will come, and in the meantime your capital can earn a return elsewhere. Even a deposit account would have provided a positive return over the past 12 months and the past quarter, during which time the QBT share price has fallen.

Today's change of auditors RNS might seem dull and insignificant on the surface, but the new company are specialists in international company finance and with NDA's signed with 2 of the largest bitcoin miners and also US and Chinese chip makers, this change makes a lot of sense. Keep adding.
