So not for the first time, El Numpty Ellipses shows he hasn't got a clue about the patent process. I reported the update on here on 28th Feb that the examination was requested on 23rd Feb.

It would be remiss of me not to suggest that I may have made an error in my previous messages about the progress of patents. My excuse is that the information is smeared across many pages.

I previously thought that no action had been taken by the applicants to progress their first application. This would appear to be a mistake,



The last entry on that page,

Event date: 27.03.2024
Event description: REQUEST FOR EXAMINATION FILED
Effective DATE: 20231220

Indicates that they have actually filed a request for examination on 27/03/24 although the effective date is given as 20/12/23.

Possibly making the wrong assumptions again I would guess that they have now answered the points raised in the ISR as requested in the letter filed 05/01/24.

Hopefully these documents will eventually be listed at,

Waiting for ARB March mining update with great interest. They will already know the numbers so why not release them? They must be working on the excuses (again).

Halving now only a couple of weeks away; they need to mine more efficiently or it's curtains.

Many years ago an ad was placed in the business section of a US newspaper, reading 'Send $5'. Plenty did so, in the naive belief that if they paid the money they would receive something worth as much or more in return. There was held to be no fraud: they received nothing, but had been promised nothing.

The world will run short of many things, but there will never be a shortage of mug punters.

There will be no trouble getting yet another QBT cash raise away. The lower the price, the more keen the mugs will be. If they are not holders already, they will see the shares as discounted bargains, and if they are holders they will see the shares as a once in a lifetime (or at least a once annually) opportunity to get their average buying prices down.

Just glance over the posts on the Exploitation-by-Sea board. Mention astronomical profits just around the corner, and there will be mugs ready to part with their money. Even if they are not completely taken in, they will reassure themselves by reading posts like those of L Cpl TS and Private Pike, and feel comforted that they see no questioning of such posts, however fantastical, thanks to Captain Sharetalk's masterly manipulation of the board by the judicious exercise of his moderating powers.

I can’t see them successfully having another round of funding without tangible evidence of progress .The market as a whole and even devotees cannot continually be told that everything is just round the corner.
