I don't think Senhor Rios can be a member of that privileged little group if he is only getting options. On a separate point, it always amuses me to see a shareholder say 'i am in it for the long haul', especially if only a few months earlier he has been predicting a meteoric share price rise and posting about imminently making a life transforming fortune on his shares. 'In for the long haul' is shorthand for 'I have lost a packet, probably won't see mu money back, and have thrown the shares in the sock draw.
