I firmly believe our interest from MSC has done us so much good.
It was the best advertising we could have had ....unpaid for!



Now all they have to do is prove it works and it's fit for purpose!

Utah - In April 2022, Quadrise entered into a Commercial Development Agreement with Valkor Technologies LLC ("Valkor") to commercialise both MSAR® and bioMSAR™ at their projects in Utah. The parties are working together to conclude a commercial agreement during Q4 2022.



· Americas - Quadrise and its local agents are progressing discussions with candidate sites in Panama and Honduras to trial MSAR® and bioMSAR™ at power plants as a precursor to potential commercial supply in 2023. Joint discussions are also underway with a large refinery in the Caribbean with an interest in potential MSAR® supply, and the Company continues to progress activities in Mexico.



· bioMSAR™ - In September 2022, Quadrise signed a Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") with Vertoro to investigate the use of their crude sugar oils (CSOTM) as an alternative biofuel feedstock for bioMSAR™.

MSC - In July 2022, Quadrise signed a Framework Agreement with MSC to carry out trials of bioMSAR™ and MSAR® fuels with a view to the commercial supply of one or both of the fuels to MSC's global fleet. Proof-of-concept tests are planned for Q1 2023, following which MSC will run the LONO trials. With positive trial progression, Quadrise, MSC and other key stakeholders expect to commence discussions for commercial supply to MSC's global fleet.

· Morocco - In June 2022, Quadrise signed a new Material Transfer & Cooperation Agreement with the client, under which an industrial demonstration test using MSAR® and bioMSAR™ will be carried out at a client site. The MSAR® fuel for this test has now been manufactured and is being delivered to Morocco, with bioMSAR™ following imminently. The site test is now scheduled for early Q4. Upon successful completion, the parties will enter into discussions for potential commercial supply before year-

Having bought 1.6m recently, to add to the several million I already held, many of which for a decade, I am still looking at buying more, as anything below 5p I consider a bargain with plenty of upside near term. Ignore the numpty talking garbage about dividends, thing of the capital gain plus dividends. Risk does not drop with dividends being paid, it drops on trials, trial success, commercial contracts, more clients, etc.

maywillow is clearly just another con man talking his own book. His suggestion of paying TEN TIMES THE PRICE OR MORE for QFI stock to get 1/10 or less of the dividend income is the most ridiculous garbage investment strategy I've ever heard!! WTF is he here trying to put people off the stock? Because he just wants a low price as long as possible before it pops, simple, and very transparently obvious!!

years too early and lock up cash

some will miss the boat

some will buy just right

There are many better buys for my portfolio perhaps

certainly careless what you think

i have not deramped this share

It is clear others have ramped on a daily basis

Then why the fork are you here????

The BIG money is in buying QFI at this price and making the 10+ bagger profit AND then the dividends on any stock you keep hold of after taking some profit.

There is WAY LESS money to be made sitting watching QFI go to 25p+ whilst waiting for dividends to be paid.

Why would you buy 100,000 shares at 25p when you can buy over 1,000,000 at less than 2.5p and get 10x the dividend every year when it comes?? Utterly ridiculous investing psychology!!!!

It sounds to me that your only point in being here is talk the price down and to pull the wool over investors eyes, while you load up for as long as possible before it takes off.

I sold my shares, so my comments here are impartial, and this has nothing to do with the USA…..zero beta connection…230;.but Dow moved from 18,000 to 30,000 while QFI went from 50 to 1, so on second thoughts….

Personally I believe it's being selective and looking at the overview first then individual stocks later.
