20/10/2022 12:05 | I believe Israel were first with that . | hazl
20/10/2022 11:26 | We all should know by now that the fuel of the, well now, is seawater. What a pity QFI didn’t focus on this , rather than sludge-concentrate. | kreature
20/10/2022 11:10 | We have seen your chart skills on other boards how "great" you are pal. Lol. | tongosti
20/10/2022 10:55 | If you look at the wider market....nothing to do with QFI... it has been emphasised that the prospect of finding a 'fit for purpose' alternative fuel was always going to be a lengthy and demanding task. The fact that QFI have survived so long battling away to fulfil their role speaks so much in my opinion. BP and Shell have been trying but look again at the Forbes article...it is very critical indeed of the dirty 'green' industry that is the reality. Then we have little old QFI, a genuine and enthusiastic little company, that is a first contender...using the wasteful heavy oil that nobody wants, and with the use of water or glycerine, changing it into a safe, cheap and transitory fuel that benefits everybody. Quite honestly how dare anyone criticise it for not being in profit yet and not being one of the big boys! They are doing a fine job from where I'm standing! I have never said it is a safe share, or that they would definitely succeed, but at 2p then that is sure accounted for in the price I would suggest. | hazl
20/10/2022 10:19 | Many years hazl. Early years were wholly supportive and held/traded (longside only in a SIPP) a fistful of shares. Did quite well actually. Would love to see the tech being applied in the real world but QFI has not lived upto expectations and no-one with a bigger pocket wanted to put the project on a really sound footing. Perhaps the corporate clearout signals the final takeout by a big player - an oil major is the logical one as they are so full of cash and residual sludge - but not even BP who atsrted the whole thing decades ago seem interested. Who knows. | sallad3
20/10/2022 10:16 | “ Of course all small companies need financial support to get them through their early stages of research and growth!” Lol | kreature
20/10/2022 10:10 | The 'going concern' part is a common inclusion in these announcements. Of course all small companies need financial support to get them through their early stages of research and growth! I really can't see that they would be left wanting, now that the biggest carrier in the wold is trying them out and paying for all the fuel! Indeed even getting a ship organised specifically. Who knows perhaps the shipping company themselves will give financial support then,if it is needed. Perhaps they might buy us out? At the end of the day you have always been there in the background, resentful So as the share goes through it's natural exhaustion point after such a terric climb there you people are again trying to find any little doubt that you think might play on some investors minds. This is a normal drop from those canny enough to have bought in the 1p area and good luck to them! When it's ready it will rise again as it has such a wealth of exciting news to come I'm sure! Exciting for the company at last I'm very pleased for management. | hazl
20/10/2022 09:37 | “to reach forecast commercial revenues in H1 2023” Lol “ the generation of sustainable positive cashflows, expected to commence in H2 2024” Lol…..from what ? A placing ? | kreature
20/10/2022 09:32 | hazl Your post 3179. You really should have included what the Directors actually said and upon which the auditors relied and not just the first few words that you have taken out of context. The whole extract is below and gives considerable grounds for worry as they say nothing had been arranged at 3 October. Let us hope something has happened by the time of the AGM. Going Concern The Group had a cash balance of £4.4m as of 30 June 2022, expected to be sufficient to reach forecast commercial revenues in H1 2023 and to cover project expenditure and fixed costs up to early H2 2023. Additional funding will be required beyond this point to bridge the gap between exhaustion of existing funds and the generation of sustainable positive cashflows, expected to commence in H2 2024. The Directors have determined that the continuation of the Group as a going concern will be dependent upon successfully raising sufficient funds to bridge this gap. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that such funds will be raised, although no binding funding agreements are in place at the date of this report, and have therefore determined that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. However, in the absence of additional funding being in place at the date of this report, these conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. For further details behind the judgments and estimations used by the Directors in reaching this determination, refer to note 2. | sallad3
19/10/2022 21:33 | I just spent 20 minutes looking at the chart which is rather interesting. I did learn charting many years ago, as it's advisable that longs learn to spot major buy sell signals like Golden Cross, Death Cross, Cup & Handle, etc. I've never traded so I don't have much interest in short-term trading charts, but QFI's is still bullish. . Looking at the trend, support lines, resistance lines, and breakout possibilities, the following is a list of prices where we could see jumps up, consolidation, and resistance. Once we get above 5p, the jumps look to be a lot bigger. Who gives a fig about a fraction of a penny up or down when we could be looking at jumps of 5p+ next year. . 2.362p (passed here and now fallen back to 2.35p it as couldn't make it through the next level on this run) 2.862p (reached an intraday of 2.8p but could not break through, hence the traders pulled it back) 3p 4p 5p 6.67p 8p 10p 15p 23.5p 42.87p 53.7p . As for the short-term chart, all that has happened is that the price broke out of the uptrend and has just been pulled back into that uptrend, as shown on this chart: | haggismchaggis
19/10/2022 21:16 | Should see some support at 1.78 on Monday imo | kreature
19/10/2022 21:12 | Z1CO On looking back....which you have done more than I, I can see that you thought you were being helpful with your post about the AT trade. Subsequently PB joined with the usual put downs. It was wrong of me to put you both in the same boat and lash out verbally, you are not to know I've been doing this for over twenty years. I was wrong and let's move on PLEASE.. | hazl

19/10/2022 20:57 | Any reason why Quadrise Marine was dissolved this year ? Too soon to give up isn’t it? | kreature
19/10/2022 20:27 | 'The Company had a cash balance of £4.4m as at 30 June 2022, this is expected to be sufficient to reach forecast commercial revenues in H1 2023 and to cover project expenditure and fixed costs up to early H2 2023.' Most small companies need cash from time to time but at present we are alright see above. Stop trying to cause trouble at a natural lull. I wonder you are not embarassed to come back here after such an incredible week. | hazl
19/10/2022 20:20 | How dare you suggest that there won’t be a placing. Disgraceful behaviour | kreature
19/10/2022 18:27 | Look Z1CO I will finish by saying you made some great contributions to this thread over the last week's rises. It's a pity it has got out of hand. I attempted to offer an olive branch in post 3154 but if you continue to persist then that's your choice. hazl - 19 Oct 2022 - 12:14:11 - 3154 of 3177 Quadrise fuels PLC - QFI I do concede that l was a bit quick to condemn . Let’s move on for the boards sake. We are hopefully on the same side...and there have been some ultra persistant shorters...so we really need to stay positive if we are in this share. EDIT As you seem to still be marking me down ....is this what you want? I do not lie...you have exaggerated perhaps? Your words....not mine 'A slight bull back was to be expected after the strong rally from last week.' This today is the pull back. But yes, I thought it was premature six days ago. My time is more important to me than this, pursuing is futile, so let's just enjoy our evening shall we? | hazl
19/10/2022 17:59 | You have yet to show me proof of your false accusation about me.Lying about some one on a forum will not give you credibility. | z1co
19/10/2022 17:05 | I think we ought to all be happy.... the shares have more visibility have risen well and are now presumably on more people's watch lists. 8-) | hazl
19/10/2022 17:04 | Good grief...another childish outburst! | hazl
19/10/2022 16:39 | Its having a good tern, small pull back and off it will go again | vauch
19/10/2022 16:21 | The shares obviously need some positive news to keep the momentum going. | z1co
19/10/2022 16:12 | I'm also accusing of lying: Your post earlier hazl 19 Oct '22 - 12:22 - 3155 of 3166 You initially annoyed me when you suggested a pull back was in order six days ago and told me to calm down . I have had a bit of a journey on this board since April so it is not surprising if l get used to having to retort back at times. -------------------- Show me the proof that i said we will have a pull back. I did post after the slight pull back on 13/10/2022. My post Z1CO 13 Oct '22 - 10:08 - 2999 of 3168 Edit Hazl, Try to calm yourself. You're over doing it a bit the shares will rerate massively throughout this year and 2023. A slight bull back was to be expected after the strong rally from last week. -------------------- Do not try be too clever because you are making a fool of yourself. I do not want to engage with an individual who is very arrogant , rude and a liar. | z1co
