19/10/2022 09:03 | MSC trials will be in Q1 2023 the shares will be needing news in this quarter to keep the momentum going and get the price above 3p. It's already down over 10% as i type. | z1co
19/10/2022 08:47 | I think it's worth looking to the future for this one. The MSC progress will be the topic that changes everything one way or the other. Patience is sometimes the requirement. IMO | hazl
19/10/2022 08:42 | Yes it has done well...news is often the catalyst for futher rises. It was totally oversold,in my opinion. | hazl

18/10/2022 20:23 | In hindsight I should've sold more when CFOs were offloading shares to family members, and chairmen or ceos where jumping ship, or when the continual lip service from global companies all came to nothing | kreature
18/10/2022 19:20 | Hindsight is a wonderful thing dear isn't it | tongosti

18/10/2022 13:44 | The doom merchants Brookie and Tomgusting are notable by their absence now that QFI seems to be in the ascendence. | becclesbasher
18/10/2022 12:09 | I believe ours is a lot safer until zero carbon is produced. We are working towards that, too. | hazl
18/10/2022 12:09 | The grumpyoldmen in 3060 post. I wouldn't be surprised if our take up success...so far...is partly down to the fact that we have been chosen by such a wealthy independent family firm. That was news to me, thanks. The big boys tend to support their own. Look at this shocking Forbes article. | hazl
18/10/2022 12:03 | From the ii article: This penny share is worth keeping an eye on, reckons independent analyst Alistair Strang. Visiting Quadrise Fuels International’ Quadrise brings a method which changes how Heavy Fuel Oil is produced, allowing the end product to be sold at a premium as it produces substantially lower CO2 emissions. QFI are delighted to explain – at length – what their company is about via their web presence and, to be fair, some of the information is quite fascinating. None of this explains their share price, as it has been pretty foul for quite a few years. Currently, it appears QFI enjoys a share price which is attempting to do something positive with itself, breaking through a downtrend which appears to have been influencing the share price since 2015. Perhaps some hope is possible in the near term, maybe even the longer term. The immediate situation looks to be quite straightforward, movement above 2.35p calculating with the potential of a lift to an initial 2.65p with secondary, if bettered, a more useful 3.6p. At the 3.6p level, things become a little vague as the share really needs to close above 3.6p to suggest Big Picture influences are coming into play. | z1co
18/10/2022 11:48 | 'Both the use of water and sugars in HFO might sound a bit out there. In fact, there are positive effects of oil and water emulsions on hazardous engine emissions. The presence of water improves the fuel atomisation process (especially if the oil droplets are under 10 microns) and lowers the combustion temperature, thereby curbing soot and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, respectively. Adding water-soluble advanced biofuels to the mix also is not new. Quadrise, a London-based fuel innovator, is actively trialing (on a large container vessel in commercial service) bioMSAR™ – an emulsion of HFO in water and glycerin – a by-product from biodiesel production – together with MSC, the world’s largest container shipping company. Before that, the same company ran oil-in-water emulsion fuel (MSARĀ®) container vessel trials with Maersk, the world’s second largest shipping company.' Thanks to Dr.Martin Boot.
