Well, the company would have told us if the draft judgement had been delayed; so we know draft judgement was at the end of September. The scope for further delay, between the draft judgement and the final judgement, is now slight.

So going by this....

"07 September 2017

PV Crystalox Solar plc (the "Group") has been informed by the arbitral tribunal that the submission of the draft judgment to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce ("Court"), for the wafer supply contract mentioned in our interim results, has been delayed until the end of September. Consequently the Group now expects the Court to render the final judgement 4-6 weeks later."

...the submission should by now have been made.... and just 2-4 weeks to wait to hear the judgment.

homebrew - An ill timed sell of ZOO by me - the pennant broke out to the upside!
Having seen that many false dawns with ZOO & IQE, I missed both this year...

If I make 50% on this one, I'll be happy. ZOO is 100% up since I sold.
Lucky both are small deals for me.

I suspect they'll close the UK operation (which appears to be virtually shut-down now anyway), but they may sell off the German cutting operations as a going concern (not that it'll fetch that much, but will perhaps avoid any wind-up costs there).

I'd plan on ultimate value as around contract award plus cash less any UK wind-up costs. Remaining assets will add little value (IMO).

Perhaps in the range 35-40ps, not a bad return from here - although there is still the (small??) risk the arbitration goes against us.
