Just do an equity raise at say a tenth of a penny with Axel and existing stakeholders putting in most of the money. Maintain the listing, sack the bod, move to an ai model, then everyone is happy ? share price will be in orbit, maybe

'Invested' (so to speak) nearly a hundred quid just in case PURP goes ai and keeps a listing. Can't imagine any of the major shareholders kicking their investments over to Strike for free with 550 new instructions per week.

Most probably, you could sue the directors for fraud here.

They heard Media speculation, they acknowledged they received it, then rejected them immediately, and now it's Lecram.

They can explain under oath. I suspect the directors getting done for fraud is highly possible.

Presumably they Lecram signed an insider agreement to keep quiet, then took a look at the bank statements or something, then announced to the world that the finances were worse than expected ? TBF, makes perfect sense as always
