The move was probably just to set up a lawsuit. Get a copy of the books and hand them to their lawyers.

Just do an equity raise at say a tenth of a penny with Axel and existing stakeholders putting in most of the money. Maintain the listing, sack the bod, move to an ai model, then everyone is happy ? share price will be in orbit, maybe

Just say, sorry we’ve decided not to make an offer, and that’s that.
Anyway, hopefully shareholders will vote against selling to Strike tomorrow?

In that case are Lecram selling their shares ? If not, why not ? I’ve not noticed any TR1s funnily enough

Problem is that there’s 40 odd million in revenue. Must be very difficult to crash this into the ground with that flowing in surely ?

'Invested' (so to speak) nearly a hundred quid just in case PURP goes ai and keeps a listing. Can't imagine any of the major shareholders kicking their investments over to Strike for free with 550 new instructions per week.
