Still have half a feeling that this could just be a squeeze out of minority shareholders, hence maybe the 500k buyer/s mopping up ? Surely the significant shareholders are not stupid? And what percentage is left in the real free float? Not a lot?

If there’s some change of ceo, then what ? So I suspect it might be worth holding a few just in case ? Dyor tho etc

Hmmm, I like the 0.25% idea.
I may use that for my national ip. Seems to me that self service is the way forward but backed up by a call centre to ensure that potential buyers are spoken with very promptly and sent to viewings on time ?

I think the flat fee sale or no was a mistake for a disruptor model. You don't see Uber charging £15 when you call one no matter how far the journey or if it even takes place at all. Much better to charge a tiny percentage commission that no estate agents could compete with say 0.25%
