22/5/2023 11:15 | "you obviously have not done any research but just believed the headline" Ho ho ho. I've actually used Strike and paid them £0. I have a good SLR Nikon and could have done my own photos, but shopped around locally and hired the photographer of my choice for £99 for modern altered-perspective photos that make everything look bigger than they are. The buyer used Strike for conveyancing, so Strike still made something on my sale - but not from me. | 31337 c0d3r
22/5/2023 11:05 | actually I did shop around online and strike would have been more expensive as it is far from zero when adding on extras , even an unavoidable one such as photographs ! you obviously have not done any research but just believed the headline . ask yourself if charging NO commission is a good business model :) | arja
22/5/2023 10:05 | Would have been £0 with Strike. | 31337 c0d3r
22/5/2023 09:55 | I always thought the high cost of regular advertising and their high fees compared to other online agents might see them go under . I am selling a house at present in a difficult climate following Truss speech and pay only £200 . Good service too so far :) . I think it was about £1000 or more with PURP | arja
18/5/2023 14:39 | Less chance of that More chance they let their Rottweiler accountants of the leash on the closing net working capital statement knowing that the BoD would prefer to bleed away cash than face the grief of dealing with an administration | williamcooper104

18/5/2023 09:00 | Personally I like how that guy with 5% acts like a victim (imo) ‘ I am disappointed with the financial value outcome, both as a 5% Shareholder myself and for Shareholders who have supported the Company under my and the Board's stewardship.’ | kreature

17/5/2023 17:39 | Given that the cash burn is going to leave them with zilch in the bank within a couple of weeks, I feel confident they won't get this over the line in time for the coffers to be fully empty and British Gas breaking in to install a Prepayment meter. | kramreklaw
17/5/2023 16:46 | So…. ‘ As at the date of this Announcement, no firm proposal has been made to the Company by any potential offerors.’ And no-one is resigning until ‘ Completion of the Proposed Sale’ So nothing happened today did it ? Other than perhaps some bought in cheap? ……what are the chances of Strike changing their mind and backing out of the firm proposal that they haven’t made ? | kreature
