The Scottish transaction is probably too insignificant to RNS, imo….
It will be lettings management fees. So 10 of 12% of rents recurring.

If they don't give advance notice to shareholders that their cash up front provider's contract is up and they haven't replaced it and they can't pay their way any more, I suspect this is smaller fry to them.

Only a case of when not if this lands the Bods with court dates at some point.

And you know what, hopefully the 'regulators' too.

They have just disposed of their Scottish Letting Portfolio to the Lomond Group. I guess it is 'stay afloat' money whilst they try and get the deal done to Strike before their bank runs dry next month.
