17/5/2023 10:44 | Because they're financial illiterate Or hoping for a pump n dump (of which they may not be so stupid - doesn't take a lot of mugs to move a micro cap) | williamcooper104
17/5/2023 10:42 | Yep - plus whatever Srikes accountants manage to claw back on the closing net asset statement That's quite common - it doesn't matter so much when it's a large transaction but you'll really notice it here | williamcooper104
17/5/2023 09:53 | Forget the words, forget the ramping or deramping. You need to see three things - Sentiment - Level 2 - Live trades If any of you are watching, you will see there is F-all stock left to buy. Strike talks ongoing. Absolute madness to be at this price. 1.5-2p incoming, | eyeofthetiger
17/5/2023 09:52 | Nonsense fella, leave it to experts lol | zen12
17/5/2023 09:51 | The RNS also gives the current cash balance. "this withholding and reduction in anticipated instructions had impacted the Company's cash position, which as at 30 April 2023 was estimated to have stood at c. £9.1 million;" Strike are going to retain £5.5m of that straight away. That leaves £3.6m left as of a month and a half ago. The company is burning through cash at the rate of £1m a month, so you can knock another £1.5m off that. That leaves a current balance of £2.1m, which is coincidently what they are estimating the payout to be. I think by the time all the costs are paid and another month passes, the payout will be more like £1m. The payout to shareholders could be 0.2-0.3p. Given that we're dealing with such small sums, they payout may be nothing at all. | tabhair
17/5/2023 09:48 | MMs not allowing you to buy at all. Level 2 - 85's Did tell you this was going one way from here. | wrecktangle
17/5/2023 09:44 | When they tell you to sell, they themselves are buying. 0.82s being bought. Phone orders only. See you later. | trendspotting
17/5/2023 09:43 | Some of the replies of this thread are too funny. The RNS says the following. "It is currently anticipated that the Net Cash Proceeds will be approximately £2 million. " There are 306,806,039 shares outstanding. £2M divided by 306,806,039 gives you an expected return of 0.65p. The RNS also says you will not see a return for a year. "While the timing of the return of the Net Cash Proceeds will depend on completion of these matters, the current expectation is that such return will not be capable of being effected before Q1 2024 at the earliest." Why are people buying shares now at 0.8p only to get 0.65p back in one year? | tabhair
17/5/2023 09:36 | Some heavy buying now maybe we could see 1.5p pay out | kirk 6
17/5/2023 09:35 | There goes 80s. This is going well over 1p | the_fiddler
17/5/2023 09:33 | Some say 2p some say 0.65 - thruth is somewhere in the middle | shinnas
17/5/2023 09:28 | "As at the date of this Announcement, no firm proposal has been made to the Company by any potential offerors" Strike conversations still going on yet derampers got the market dump this over 48%. As I said earler - oversold by a landslide. | eyeofthetiger
17/5/2023 09:25 | ‘ As at the date of this Announcement, no firm proposal has been made to the Company by any potential offerors’ So, errr um | kreature
17/5/2023 09:22 | Interesting buying action playing out on live trades. They aren't letting you buy large amounts but the amounts that are available are 79s+ Bottom in? | genierub
17/5/2023 09:20 | Why the earth wouldn’t Axel rose buy this? Makes no sense, unless Strike are planning to back out perhaps | kreature
17/5/2023 09:16 | Spread widened to suck out more weak holders but allowing buys at .75. There's going to be an inevitable pump on this so am sat here waiting for a rise back to 2p. | wrecktangle
17/5/2023 09:16 | around 0.65p returns if all goes fantastically well - You have to feel for shareholders here - Energy / Green Energy and Commodities only for me. At a loss with asos - | tomboyb
17/5/2023 09:13 | So the maximum of 0.6p cash pay out and you have to wait a year to even be paid out. Sell take loss and move on then | kirk 6
17/5/2023 09:13 | £2m less £4m in consultancy fees probably. Hope the hippo finds a new job cleaning toilets or something | kreature
17/5/2023 09:12 | Trying to get some and keep getting no quotes. Looks like this is about to rally from the bottom like ITS did. Bargain of 2023 at anything under 1p. 400p to 0.85p. Madness. | trendspotting |
