Is Pink - Tom Sykes in disguise? I am a holder and believer in PHD and it’s SaaS and other technologies/processes! I would just love to see more positive communications and initiatives from both the BoD and it’s Sales and Delivery teams. Like other posters the councils, health authorities and small businesses should be paramount and easy pickings for cash flow in current climate. Pink and Lou, etc. I am with this for the long term 18-24 months see what comes?

Get proper management, get growth parity inline with everybody else in the market and I can exit my investment at a significant profit.

While we wait 2 years for Managament to complete their 5 year(!) turn around programme worth keeping an eye on the results of Coupa, iValua, Jaggaer, Synertrade, etc to see what kind of growth is achievable in this market.

Peter, you don’t need to write him a letter. He spends enough time with ADVFN open in his laptop when he’s in the office that he certainly reads every post on here. And I’ve seen him punching away at his keyboard furiously too, which makes me wonder if he’s not one of these clowns who defend at all costs with no objectivity whatsoever. Would make sense. Plenty of the staff read this board and suspect he’s a regular contributor.

In summary, if not prepared to hold for at least 2 years and probably longer you might as well go to cash now and wait for opportunity to buy in lower (if that happens) or into better value elsewhere when it arrives.

By my calculation Lombards average is 27-29p approx.

Dyor.

I hold.

97p, there WON'T be a sale of the company for a while.

We are at the end of the p/e expansion cycle and sales at a premium will dry up. Sale at a discount is more likely and they won't let that happen. Forget it for at least 2 years and probably 3-4 years.

Rather than hanging about waiting just sell and move on. Be happy.

Reading over all statements it's clear there will be no sale at any time soon, the company wants to return to core, back to paying a dividend, hence capital re-org. First the debt needs to come down.

If they do reduce debt via divestment of peripheral operations the dividend will likely be re-instated sooner. The problem is selling ANY part of ANY company at an attractive premium will be a problem for quite a while.

The next few years will be nothing like the last few. Opportunity for a sale has gone.

Lou, employees posting here needn't worry.

You can be sure their names are known & top of the redundancy list if lockdown drags on much longer and cost control contingency plans are called upon.

Sad.

97p, please do sell.
New blood in the holder base will do no harm.

Peter, you are such a shrewd investor.Give them 3 months lol.You should be buying more, now, while it is so cheap. Beginning of the end for you if you start agreeing with the smoking buddies JS and whatthe. These people have no interest yet have an interest, strange really. Think it's a dog, yet own shares. Berate the CEO yet are happy to take a salary from them.I think you should write a stern letter to Mr Sykes. That will do the trick. Lmfao.

These are the current UK "leading" early payment provider.
2018 had £2.5M loss. Turn-over also nothing to write home about.
Directirs appear overpaid given the revenue.
Their customer base of local councils should be a target to win-over.

500,000 UK businesses now at risk of going bust suggests that things have got much worse for companies that deal with them to make a profit

Hi, I think both sides are right. There is a need for change and some positive BoD who will install enthusiasm, opportunity and belief in PHD. Starting with £20,000 pounds each share buying. Plus one or two may need to move on and start with a good Communications and Investors Director. Plus agree on the other side, when BePayd is realised and at full flow this will double in value, plus we should be at 35-45p in normal times! Patience and we will see a bid at 110-130p I believe before August. Though Lombard, Potts and current BoD need to be convinced!

It's odd because it's like apple before the iPhone. If you had looked back then rather than forward you would be kicking yourself.Likewise here

I love that existing Management have presided over a share price collapse from nearly £2 to 20p in three years and the lunatic rampers on here suggest its odd to be pointing out that past performance can indeed be an indicator for future performance. Is there any level of failure that unacceptable for you? For example no meaningful news on BPAYD in final year results?

Expect TBN business levels to rise substantially over next couple of years and with that stickiness of Proactis products and cross-sell and supplier paid product income.

Very interesting network effect possible. Add in Bepayd and it becomes special.

With a bit of luck and care this can be a very good growth engine.
