10/5/2020 11:33 | Lacey and Dbay will be very keen investors/activists who will put a rocket up Tim S and the other cronies sitting about not doing a lot. Crack on Dbay and get this share price moving! | 97peter
10/5/2020 11:29 | Patience and research and we should see a 115p bid and buyout, if BoD and Lombard don’t pull there finger out and speculate, marketing and communications/sales boost buy 40% over next 1-2 months. Then we will see a radical buyout and BoD change!!!!! | 97peter
10/5/2020 11:02 | Great news! | kirk 6
10/5/2020 00:00 | "The UK Small Business Commissioner, Philip King, is understood to be interested in using fintech, including bePayd, to help SMEs process faster payments to SMEs." | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 23:17 | There should be a list of APF type services from the Small Businesa Commission rather than only one mentioned. | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 23:12 | Philip King was also at the Rountable & now the Interim Small Business Commissioner. Interesting, Oxygen Finance are only a 4 minute walk from the Small Businsss Commission offics in Birmingham & get an open mention on the website but Proactis buried in an annual report PDF. | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 22:53 | Found it - 21st Jan 2020 print, mentions Proactis. PDF, "The Commissioner has been working with Financial Technology Companies such as; Previse, Growth Street, Sage and Proactis to discuss how technology can make payment processes more efficient. This research has helped form part of the Commissioner's future strategy to work with small businesses and educate them on the advantages of using technology." | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 22:43 | I reckon its Gov being behind the curve more than anything else. Last Small Business Commissioner was at the round table last year but then stood down. Current man is interim. Lack of being joined up, no teeth and general civil service performance. All the above or something more dodgy? Paul Uppall was the previous man for about 2 yrs and took part. | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 22:24 | Agree Pink, but what is Tom S and PhD BoD and Senior marketing and sales managers doing to promote and sell BePayd into Gov, Commercial and NHS and Councils,I just don’t see it. The BoD including Tom need to move on or backup and promote the business, or be bought out and replaced!! | 97peter
09/5/2020 22:01 | Its time bepayd received some attention from the small business commission/er. Oxygen Finance has done so as shown via the link below. Oxygen won't make anywhere near the difference bepayd can. 27th March 2020 | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 20:18 | I dont think anyone is organised enough to do it. Especially during a pandemic. This will be over £1 by the time normality resumes. | lewis winthorpe
09/5/2020 18:13 | Been saying it for a few weeks but really believe BoD will do very well to avoid a low ball hostile takeover. They will need to release positive news, sharpish. Extensive due diligence already carried out. | cureboy
09/5/2020 12:20 | It is why the FSP was cancelled, along with other catalysts due to hit in next 12-18 months. Dyor. What happens to the GVQ holding will matter as SEC have transferred management to Gresham House Asset Managent (or are Q2 2020). Mainting heads but yet to see if approach to PHD will be the same as sitting on large loss currently. Might all just remain as is. Risky for them to sell down for CGT loss and buy back. I dont know if they could sell under GVQ and buyback under Gresham the same day? Anyway, SEC are moving out of GVQ so there will be a change there. It might come under Gresham House Aberdeen or some similar name and just be a holding name change. There will be buyers waiting if they sell but might demand a bargain price for 6% in one transfer. Lombard can't pick them up. | p1nkfish
09/5/2020 12:08 | BDAY see the bigger picture and will probably holding for £2 plus? If Bepayd a success then we will multibag from here, maybe why the FSP was cancelled | kirk 6
09/5/2020 10:32 | The DBAY news is the answer to all this. They are activist and will sort this out. Phenomenal asset hampered by weak management. They know that, that's why they've invested. They won't be the fawning Sykes fanboys you see on here, they will sort this out in the interests of investors not existing management. It's going to be really exciting from here | whatthe
09/5/2020 09:43 | I think he is buying a position everything now looking good the only grip is management and the fact we haven't had no management changes. Give Tim one more chance!!! This time next year we will be multi millionaire and the share price will be £2.52 | kirk 6
09/5/2020 00:06 | Oh, and get yourself a system. Buy and hold died a while back. I've developed my own, for better or worse, but it has worked so far. Very well. Plesse sell if dissatisfied, Move on be happy.I know people that will gladly take stock from the dissatisfied. They are waiting. Please sell, move on, be happy. | p1nkfish
08/5/2020 23:45 | Please sell. I know someone that will take your stock. Just waiting. | p1nkfish
08/5/2020 23:36 | 18x up, 25x down, 18x back up... hang on to your hats!! Who in here agreed with Pink? Let’s say the money you have invested in PHD you had invested into COUPA 3.5 years ago. Who would rather stick with PHD?? Really?? | jonstrawberry
08/5/2020 14:28 | Do some basics. 18x for PHD. Lots to post if get chance. Watch out strawberry, take care. ;-) | p1nkfish
08/5/2020 13:36 | For the ones looking for a decent recovery play | cantrememberthis2
08/5/2020 13:25 | Pinky: “In the past Proactis share price rose more multiples than Coup has so far.” Really? Coupa listed 3.5 years ago at $18 and touched $200 yesterday, with a fairly steady and consistent rise from 18>200 along the way. Are you REALLY making that comparison??! | jonstrawberry
07/5/2020 17:23 | I'm excited. I think these guys have seen the inherent value in this business, it has the technology and scope and is in positioned in an exploding market. Sort out the shoddy management and they and the rest of us can see a huge return on our investment. | whatthe
07/5/2020 16:00 | DBAY have interesting buyout history. Proactis management should be talking if not already. | p1nkfish |
