I want more than 75-80p Peter. I'll sell mine for 150, this pandemic will mean cash flow issues for many businesses even the bigger fish. Sweet spot for bepayd. They'll also need value when purchasing so again sweet spot for PHD.

Weird is not the word, if you want wingers or constructive criticism by investors like me to sell, then a buyer at 100p is needed. Plus why would you not want a buyer with motivation, opportunity and tenacity to takeover and make this company into a big player? Plus why would you not want to sell at 75 or 80p on a bid to takeover, unless you only paid from 9-23p over the last 2 years internally as a CEO or Director and would be happy with a Lombard/ private buy by BoD and Lombard at 45p. Something smells fishy with Pink in my opinion, come clean?

As said before they need more 3%+ holders and I think that is taking place slowly, not a company sale.

Need to get some smaller players out to collect shares from.

5 million is well over 5% of the 95 million ish shares in issue. Lombard already had nearly 29% RNS to drop soon you would think, the buys are too close together to not be linked in some way imho.

P1nk seems fairly adamant no hostile bid being worked and he’s provided some good insight over the last few months. However it seems obvious to me someone wants the company. Due diligence went on for at least 8 months.
