Pink and CB when is TU, in May or June? Plus this should be ticking up weekly to above 35p by now, I know the pandemic is going to be with us for 12-18 months, but surely there must be economies of scale and throughput?

Just Proactis supplier base CB, not all suppliers to all Proactis customers.

Saidam, did a cursory read of Finncap. Not at all clear as they dont look like having taken in management statements on debt so a big ? there.

Tied up on own business at mo.

GLA.

I would expect bepayd news as per statement in TU.

Interims confirmed that BePayd has been deployed to all of the 2million+ suppliers on their books? When this starts to take off with more clients signed up it will be a licence to print money surely?! Look forward to hearing updates on it.

The big news this week:- A rescheduling of the amortisation profile of the Facility thereby providing an additional GBP3m capital in the short-term to support the Group's growth strategy;- Revised covenants with material headroom to the current business plan; and- A conditional option to extend the expiry of the current agreement from 31 July 2022 to 31 July 2023.

I considered that I should give my thinking about the numbers I posted yesterday because those are substantially different from the numbers given in Finn’s major note published yesterday. That note projects that net debt will be unchanged this year and only reduced by £2m next year. Those exclude bepayd as did mine. I am not sure that I believe their numbers. H1 say a reduction in bank debt so their number would imply a £2m cash outflow in H2. I just do not see that and I think my number is £3m net cash flow for the current year should be correct. If it is my guess for next year of £6m cash inflow would appear more realistic than theirs but only time will tell.

If Finn are correct then I would suggest that their target of 80p would be ludicrous. It is based on 10 times EBITDA but if EBITDA only generates £2m of net cash a 10 multiple would imply over 60 times cash generation.

I hope I am correct as if Finn are right the share price is high enough.

Let me know your thoughts.

https://www.proactis.com/Proactis/media/Proactis/Investors/20-04-29-H1-FY20-Results-Presentation.pdfGood read, mentions BePayd being assessed with Scottish Government and Westminster. Also breaks down the organic growth areas, mainly the problem regions FY19.Look forward and not back. It's all there to see if you look carefully. Dont miss out.DYORlou.

There should be some bepayd news going forward confirming commercial progress. Watch this space. Recent developments on bepayd are in H2, not for the interims.

Also, US is looking to grow. Substantially.

More supplier side products due and open field on increasing network traffic.

If unhappy, please sell, pretty please.

Yeah that's it. I've got a grudge...not that pretty much all available metrics point to this being a failure of a business and that CEO and Management should be held to account

I was very satisfied with the pi world presentation. In particular that r & d would be more focused and reduced. Cash generation will be higher in H2 because of the large up front pre payments so I guess H2 net cash generation will be over £3m. Next year I would expect net cash generation will be maybe £6m excluding bepayd. It was good to hear that the debt steams would be shown separately.

Growth looks to be accelerating so one could see a higher PE than the current 10 on consensus next year. Happy to hold.

They need to make some board changes and quickly. They've been talking about BPAYD for years...literally...and all they have to say on it is they are using it with their own suppliers. Woeful and laughable. Sykes are Co squandered a brilliant opportunity with the core business and they are about to do the same with BPAYD which has is brilliant idea and has huge potential

You were here before it climbed to 200p. Easy to quote dates and values. I can do just with any stock. You said this was going to have a placing at 15p when it was in its 30s which was wrong. Then you state you called he bottom at 15p.No need for the language you use either. Absolute cancer to advfn threads. Put your price prediction down for 12 months from now. We can then revisit.Mine I'd £1 plus with no bid. If bid speculation comes then easily £1.50 plus.Louisa.
