No sale. Watch and learn. Lombard and Potts determine outcome.
No sale.
Keep wishing.

Agree Cure. PHD don’t have time, there hundreds of clients and there suppliers need to adopt BePayd now, plus what else should they be doing, Pink? Waiting for this to end in 12-18 months time and then what. SaaS and BePayd will have been copied, replicated and be in other services of competitors? They need to buck up or sellout? No other choices! They have the product, they have the leads and customers, plus now is the greatest opportunity ever they will have to sell it, use it and promote it! Full stop! Now or sell!

Conversely they’re a sitting duck to be bought out at half the value they should be and Corona isn’t helping in that respect. Let’s see what DBay’s intentions are!

I totally agree Lou.
Patience will be well rewarded.

97peter, your expectations are completely unrealistic.

1) Current shutdown is having an impact on Tenders Direct side of business. Proactis have said so, it will be a drag.

2) Adoption of new technology offers is slow at this point. Proactis have said so.

3) If lockdown continues for long there will be negative impacts. Proactis have said so.

This is all in the public domain. What don't you understand? There will be zero chance of a sale anytime soon. No one will buy except at a give away price. Multiples are coming down.

Get real.

The biggest problem with that and the UK at minute is Covid 19. It will be at least a year before normality. The impatient SaaS you refer to is a saviour. Other businesses wont be so fortunate.I love the 3-6 months mentality. Move on.

Anyone not willing to hold this for 2 yrs+ is better off selling now.
The FSP speculators haven't understood much if they are still hanging about here expecting for a quick re-run.

The big boys want this to fulfill its potential before any chance of a sale. The potential is "significant".

There are a number of catalysts due to show themselves, not just bepayd.

No sale before 2 years at earliest.
Big boys won't play. Won't allow it.

Unhappy? Sell, move on, be happy elsewhere or stay for 2-5 years.
What we could do with is investors and not just speculators.
Do more research and you will find out.

Any idiot could flip this for £1.10 and most idiots would.

3-6 months is all they have in my DYOR opinion, having read all there is on websites, reviews and Motley Fool news etc. They hVe to make Perfect acquisition plus points and BePayd show results very quickly, this SaaS industry does not wait 2 years!!!

If they’re afforded the luxury of time, I agree p1nk. Pretty big ‘if’ in this industry.

Ffs, honestly, they have just invested based upon the new strategy and banking reset. The strategy has at least 2 years to run.Why wont they wait 2 years? As pink says, theres more to this than meets the eye. Dyor.

Pink - The likes of Chelverton, Dbay and others between 3 and 11% are not going to wait 2 years. Proactis needs to make progress quickly or sell to someone who can and take the offer of say 130 and move on?

Post this current mess, now interims are out of the way, the future is bright.

Wait 2 years.

I full expect some positive surprises along ths way.

Proactis spent upto $132.5M for Perfect, about £110M.
You want to sell the whole of PHD for about £105M? What about bepayd?
Doh!

Wake-up please.

We haven't seen the potential of what they bought yet. It will start to show through soon enough.

Some here haven't done enough research into what capabilities Perfect brought into PHD, nor the utilisation of those capabilities so far (low) nor their value as utilisation increases on a relatively fixed cost base.

An acquirer will take you to the cleaners.
£2.10 or an acquirer can f'off.

Look up CB. Aim high. £201M is not impossible.

Look at current price, say it gets to £2 in 5 yrs, what CAGR and where else might you get that?

Too little ambition won't help make you wealthy.

In most negotiations a bidder starts low and the asker high.
You want £1.10, expect an offer towards 50% of that and be knocked off your purch as discussions progress.

Mine is £2.10. About £201M, <5x ARR by the time it happens not to mention bepayd value and TBN.

Aim low, expect a low return.

They can have mine at £1.10! In all seriousness there is a massive upside here as long as the BoD have learnt from their mistakes.

Lou, that's my take too wrt BOD. A bit more independence on the BoD but otherwise let the company develop and ripen.

It had a different genus to all the others, it will go it's own way and not be the same.

It paid dividends for a start, they will return.

As for DBAY you dont need a big % to create some havoc if determined to do do. My hope is they want a 6 bagger at least.

£2.10 is a stretch but see no point in not being ambitious at this point.

Puzzled at what impact you expect with a small holding a DBAY?They have invested in the company and strategy, all of which are derived from the BOD.People should grow up and be patient. If you haven't got any, move on. Short term Hope's of an FSP are BS.This will be massive, just give time

Only if Lombard and Potts agree. They are the blockers along with few others not on the 3% list.

Lombard needs to be convinced.

Given time I have £2.10 target price.
