Powerhouse Energy Group PLC on Thursday celebrated as its European patent application regarding the treatment of waste material was allowed.

Powerhouse is a Bingley, England-based hydrogen-from-waste-plastic producer.

It told investors that its European patent application for the ‘Method and Apparatus for the Treatment of Waste Material’ has been ‘allowed’;. This means that the application will now be progressed towards a full grant on payment of the applicable fee.

The patent relates to protection around the control of the heating of the waste within the thermal conversion chamber over several zones to allow the optimum synthesis gas to be produced.

This allows the temperature profile in the chamber to be adjusted to give the optimal syngas composition.

‘This is an important step for the company in establishing itself as a major developer within the waste processing sector. The patent application being allowed is a key step to having the patent fully granted,

Book 5.

"Is PHE producing Hydrogen yet?" No.
"If not, what is the plan?" A lot of talk, but no plan.
"Does the technology work? Commerically no.
"Where are the test results?" There are no test results on a commercial basis.

Although the company is older, the real history of Powerhouse started in 2015 when its Research and Development Unit was relocated from Australia to the UK, where it is operated today as the “Demonstrator Unit”. This enabled the company to research the behaviour of various materials heated in the absence of oxygen as they turned from solid into a gas and led to its proprietary DMG® Technology that coverts waste plastics to hydrogen.

R&D is the foundation on which Powerhouse is built. Combining its knowledge of thermal treatment with its engineering capability has enabled it to develop its own suite of technologies and have ability to implement them and bring them into use.

Focusing on waste materials that would otherwise just be thrown away or burnt, allows Powerhouse to contribute to the prevention of pollution and the reduction of climate change impacts.

The granting of a patent does not make the technology commercially viable.

Great news at EQT today, what a great deal to show the intrinsic value of the company.
This should be happening to PHE pretty soon.

Very informative and I think sets the right tone.
Well done Mr Riley, Mr Emmitt & the team. I sense you are now on the right track
The contribution of Petrofac is comforting and I do like the pictures.

Vatnabrekk. I apologise, the person I was referring to was Keith Riley not David Ryan. I understand he is the current CEO. There has been so many directors of PHE. The video is hxxps://youtu.be/dlYhSwr_G24 which was issued 2 days ago.
Sorry for the mistake, did it crack you up.

Jim, your post said that you had listened to the latest video from David Ryan, so that must have been an old video as DAvid Ryan hasn’t been with PHE since about two years ago.

Try to keep up.

Vatnabrekk. I think your reply really sums you up! I am not sure of your ability to read, but I never mentioned the length of time that Davis Ryan has been with PHE. As you know there have been many coming and going of Directors at PHE. As usual you are just another person ramping-up the price of PHE shares, who has got their facts wrong. I am sorry if that cracks you up. I am not sure of your agenda on this thread. However, not dealing with the facts as I have stated, is your reply the best you can do?

PHE are basically now just Engsolve as far as I can see, fair value £1m max, so share price still has another 96% to fall.
