22/8/2023 10:11:08 | PHE have been milking this technology for many years, just look at its history and what it has factually achieved over the years, Absolutely Nothing! Just one story after another to keep the shareholders happy, until the next share issue. The technology they are now using is no different in principle, of what they obtained from Pyromex. As I have said many times, it is all "smoke and mirrors" to keep the shareholder onside. The technology does not work commercially. So all you positive investors ramping the shares of PHE, dig deep, and throw your good money after bad, to keep this PHE dream alive. | luckey jim | |
22/8/2023 10:08:29 | To their credit they couldn't have given a clearer warning of the pain still to come :¬(
---------------- The Directors have undertaken the Fundraising to
increase the Company's cash reserves / ie going in the 'just-in-case' pot eg management salaries
following a revision of the business model / Oh God, here we go again :¬(
and to cover a significant proportion / ie more will be needed
of the build and fit-out costs for the Company's new Technology Centre / I remember when Corac did that: they are now defunct, of course :¬(
in Bridgend. The Technology Centre will become the Company's new head office as well as housing a scale version / another echo of Corac; their testing unit proved to be inadequate until it had a major upgrade; so, I suspect, will this one
of the Company's new feedstock testing unit / ie they still don't know the parameters for feedstocks
utilising the Company's proprietary DMG (R) technology, which will serve as a reference site for potential customers, / wouldn't it be nice to have a real one?
and for development and project funding partners. ----------------
For masochists only, as ever. But Turner Pope will have fun with their cheap shares :¬) | supernumerary | |
22/8/2023 10:01:39 | They keep building demonstrators ! | solarno lopez | |
22/8/2023 09:44:21 | If they have the basis of a system then instead of building a demonstrator go all in and build a full scale unit that will generate income. £1 million isn’t going to build a technology centre from scratch. | grahamwales | |
22/8/2023 09:29:04 | The directors do not believe their own hype, why, because they are not participating in the raise !! | solarno lopez | |
22/8/2023 09:21:00 | Ouch. Wrong time to go to markets with begging bowl... Bottom drawer for these now.. | badger010776 | |
22/8/2023 09:01:00 | Graham, the 3-ton per day "prototype" that they have had at the university's site at Thornton Park is old and very "Heath Robinson". It has served them very well in the past and has produced masses of data on different feedstocks and other important data which has enabled them to produce the computer models that was used to design the DMG for Protos. They are now having to move out of Thornton Park which is why they found a new site at Bridgend, and they are taking the opportunity to build a new showcase model.
Previously they had intended that the Protos DMG would be the FOAK and would also be the showcase model, but so far it seems they haven't been able to find the external funding for that project, which frankly doesn't surprise me. In my view a FOAK really needs to be funded by company/shareholder money, not institutional funding. | vatnabrekk | |
22/8/2023 09:00:16 | Now that is a LOT of shares in issue, lol ...
"..the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue and voting rights will be 4,165,414,135" | iamthemagnificent | |
22/8/2023 08:30:27 | Is it time thus company stopped issuing shares. I mean over 4 billion and rising, if they haven't sorted it out yet, don't think they will. | regandharry5 | |
22/8/2023 08:05:25 | Vat
I thought they had a working system so they have been going on about for years.
If they have why not raise sufficient capital to at least build one I’m sure they would get plenty of backers.
They will no doubt have to raise even more funds perhaps in 12 months time with an even lower price imo. | grahamwales | |
22/8/2023 07:57:16 | I think they need both Graham. But I would rather see an RNS about development at Protos or something about Australia. | vatnabrekk | |
22/8/2023 07:36:52 | I must admit I’m not a fan of TP. But maybe it’s the only way they could raise the funds. | vatnabrekk | |
22/8/2023 07:35:11 | Directors pay review is due during September with any pay rise due in first week in November. OH lets raise £1million. Classic ! | oakville | |
22/8/2023 07:17:49 | This company needs revenue not technology centres. | grahamwales | |
22/8/2023 07:17:42 | chung,
If a company with one billion shares rises 100% and another company with one million shares rises 100% which one as risen the most ????.
