It is hard to believe that there are still some people selling. It is clear something is happening behind the scenes and any positive news will send this vertical. Maybe they needed to make a mortgage payment.

I see Hydrogen Utopia seem to have divested out of waste and into a cannabis farm controlled by Howard White. Presumably they are not expecting progress by PHE any time soon, whose systems they were supposed to be building.
