23/2/2018 10:49 | Vat It's in the recent note just 300 hours and that could include Aus. Good to see it's recovered a bit it looked a big green in the face and unhealthy this morning. | superg1
23/2/2018 10:46 | Perhaps, then again perhaps not. | vatnabrekk
23/2/2018 10:32 | I predict a share issue and a share reorganisation. | deccer1

23/2/2018 09:36 | super, you really don't know how much testing the prototype has been through, it's just that the company hasn't published details for the public. But they have been using it to test a wide variety of feedstock and gathering data for use in the design of the commercial system. In doing so it has been powered up and down many times, and that is the kind of operation that causes most stress to the system, not continual running. This info is available in RNSs and also in KA's interviews. | vatnabrekk
23/2/2018 08:40 | I'm not short BTW and have no pleasure in seeing PIs lose money. I just don't like BS from companies. I can only say it as I see it having been through all the news items the company has released. The simple answer to fix this is to do that extensive test run 3 to 6 months and let an independent report on how it stood up to the task. It simply hasn't been through extensive testing so how can any major back something when they don't know if it works under industrial use. Basic products go through 1000's of hours of testing and punishment before they get the green light. | superg1
23/2/2018 08:33 | Negativity aside this share price is not pleasant. WTF is driving the price down. If the volume has not been PIs is it Yady? Their lock in ended period recently. | superg1
22/2/2018 13:13 | Yes over 100. They obvious liked it as represented by the arrow on the chart when they saw it with complete silence here. Down over 50% since then. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | superg1
21/2/2018 21:29 | About 100 people attended over 3 days. Quite a few posted on LSE BB. | vatnabrekk
21/2/2018 21:05 | jam Investor day had a few going but not one has posted about it and share price collapse since. | superg1
21/2/2018 15:53 | You are right PJ the last one said this If at any time Hillgrove was to withdraw its ongoing support for the Company, it is likely that the Company would have insufficient funds to continue, and the Company would no longer be a going concern. In addition, if Shareholders do not approve resolution 5 at the AGM to effect the Capital Reorganisation, necessary to give effect to the change in conversion price outlined above, this may also lead to HIllgrove withdrawing its financial support. The Directors unanimously strongly recommend that Shareholders vote in favour of resolution 5 at the AGM. So there will be some warning then and if that happens a warning sign that a fund raise is to be sought below .5p | superg1
21/2/2018 13:58 | I don't think they can do that. It requires shareholder approval to drop the Nominal value or do a reorganisation. | pj 1
21/2/2018 12:33 | So fund raise now at this price means investors would have to be willing to pay a 14% premium as they can't fund raise below .5p as it stands due to the nominal value of the share (.5p). My guess is if it doesn't go above .5 then they will do a fund raise with a nominal value drop in the same news, so there will be no warning. | superg1
21/2/2018 12:24 | Good action BTW yesterday all those apparent sells and it held yet a few sells today and down it's gone. PIs sellers or Yady with the lock in now gone? | superg1
21/2/2018 12:18 | Deccer I'm not sure he made a profit on VRS he was in about 15p and out about 15p. That was put back in here the 1.1p 2p mark which caused the rise at the time. I'm afraid he tells one story and does the opposite. I sect the FCA are watching Vat hence no posts on ADVFN. | superg1
21/2/2018 10:11 | What is this infatuation with Warwick? He's been gone off this BB for ages. Get over it and leave him alone, for heavens sake. | vatnabrekk
21/2/2018 09:39 | warwick69's more recent posts have been removed but you can still view them via his profile page. One of his last here, a real classic: PowerHouse Energy - The New Positive Thread - Post 5719 warwick69 Posted on: 07 Nov 2017 13:52 Downvotes: 1 What a load of rubbish you two post Wow you are going to be regretting you have no balls !!! And heads up your own rear ends ------------------ Over on the UKOG thread he said he made a profit on VRS and then went back into PHE for 2.2 million more shares - early November presumably around 1p from the chart - and now he can only sell them for 0.46p today: warwick69 10 Nov '17 - 08:15 - 47308 of 70099 Deccer1 I sold out for tiny profit two days ago and bought VRS instead sold them for profit bought back 2.2 mil PHE so a profit but not as Much as I had hoped ! 20/2/2018 22:19 | Lets not take pleasure in others misfortune Mr Warwick sadly let himself down by ramping Phe | lagosboy
20/2/2018 16:21 | I remember warwick saying he sold a few PHE to buy UKOG, then around 3.8p and today at 1.85p (down 37% today alone). We can only wonder at how he must be feeling. | deccer1
20/2/2018 12:55 | The filed resignation notice at Companies House states the audit was put out to tender and Deloittes didn't win the tender. So when the audited 2017 accounts are published by 30 June 2018 it will be interesting to see what the audit fee is charged by the new auditors. In addition, there is also the management time in dealing with the auditors as they have to learn and document all of the company's procedures. | nelson5100
20/2/2018 10:48 | Come on PHE. | deccer1 |
