08/2/2018 07:06 | Ten Are you confident in that statement. re shares buying and selling, I'm not. | superg1
07/2/2018 22:43 | Paul Warwick isn't trapped because he doesn't want to sell out. He has stated that he believes in the business and that he is in it for the long term. He is in it for the dividends in the future, and that's long term. So all this nonsense about him selling out is just that, nonsense. Yes he sold some last year to buy a car, but he still has a huge holding in the company. | vatnabrekk
07/2/2018 17:41 | I haven't a clue who your talking about. However, he is trapped in. He cant exit such an illiquid share without absolutely trashing it. Therefore his motive must be questioned at least. So it is possible there is a hidden agenda. All IMO | pj 1
07/2/2018 16:58 | Warwick said months ago that he was going to sell some shares to buy a car. So he sold about 11 million shares which would have given him less than £100k. That was his shares to sell if he wanted to, so what's the problem? He still has a massive holding and he's in it for the long term. He always said he was in it for the dividends. He clearly isn't selling out, he just wanted to raise some cash. I don't understand why anyone should get so worked up over it. | vatnabrekk
07/2/2018 15:38 | "so he had no hidden agender as far as i can see." say that out loud to yourself...slowly | the stigologist
07/2/2018 15:35 | Thanks for the correction, lagosboy. Stigologist, you say that but where are all of the angry posters who bought on his pump ?, they arn't here. Just the usual suspects bashing away, but Why bother ?. I agree with you in saying he was wrong to post the likes of "your last chance to buy at this price ! blar blar blar". He put his money where his mouth was and bought big so he had no hidden agender as far as i can see. | tenapen
07/2/2018 15:23 | I think from following him on here for a few years he is a dishonest pump and dump moron Anyone who trusts anything he says must be even more gullible and moronic | the stigologist
07/2/2018 15:19 | Warwick held 130,124,799 shares, as of July 2017 he held 124,924,087 shares and as of his last notification he held 118,961,327 shares. That respresents a decrease in shares held from peak to trough of 11,163,472 or a an 8.5% decrease. | lagosboy
07/2/2018 15:17 | Warwick family dumping is it ? | the stigologist
07/2/2018 14:56 | Re - RNS - Warwick as not sold a singe share and yet the 'bashers' keep trying to find a new angle from which to bash. WHY ? | tenapen
06/2/2018 16:34 | What are you on about stig? Why on earth do you think I would know anything about Warwick's family shares? I only know what I see in the RNS - do you know about any others? | vatnabrekk
06/2/2018 16:09 | Of course he can just claim ignorance of their sales. Sneaky git. Plausible deniability | the stigologist
06/2/2018 16:03 | I don't know anything about shares held by his family. Don't know where that came from. | vatnabrekk
06/2/2018 15:23 | He should still declare if his ''kids'' did sell. Beneficially interested | pj 1
06/2/2018 15:18 | The RNS is showing the shares that are in his name. Don't know anything about shares held by his family members. | vatnabrekk
06/2/2018 13:27 | No he isn't. His percentage holding has gone down because there are more shares in issue, but the total number of shares that he holds hasn't changed. | vatnabrekk
06/2/2018 13:00 | Is warwick dumping ? | the stigologist
06/2/2018 08:46 | PJ1: There was a public demo of the prototype at Thornton Park towards the end of last year. I believe about 100 people went to see it working. | vatnabrekk
06/2/2018 08:44 | super, KA moved to the UK last week. This info is in the pubic domain - thought you would be aware of that with all the research you do. | vatnabrekk
06/2/2018 07:33 | The other point is that PHE clearly need plenty of cash to do it and unfortunately funds are all about screwing companies getting the share price down and then forcing a discount. I haven't looked if there are any funds invested in PHE I'll look now. | superg1
06/2/2018 07:32 | Has anyone been to see it? | pj 1 |
