You forgot competition !

You forgot no protection, so even in the highly unlikely event it worked any number of serious players could simply copy it !

Hmmm

How does an updated presentation amount to sensitive material news for a regulatory RNS.

Surely it should have been non regulatory.

Decarbonising plastic, that is the most interesting part of this interview. Theoretically this technology could decarbonise all types of Carbon.

And now the Hillgrove overhang has gone I see this stock ready to fly and so can some of the negative posters on here that will have a lot to lose when it does.

Spot On deccer1 - the whole situation stinks and despite KA stating recently ' that there has never been a better time to buy Phe' he still has not purchased one single share.

PJ

He had 1.2 mill VRS and moved then to here, sold there around 14/15p (90p now) so it's more painful than it seems.

Sold PHE to buy them then sold those to buy PHE again most at double the share price here.

I don't wish losses on folk just that they wake up and look beyond the BS.

Everyone knows the city is full of BS and so are most AIM companies.

deccer1- I am accepting your figures as being correct.

There is no way on this earth someone who invested £1.5m and has seen it reduce 63% is sitting comfortably with that Investment.

Especially an investor who would probably reduce the share price by another 50% from that, if he decided to exit.

IMO, his views need to be ignored, its just not worth it.

Why would anyone believe anyone who has lost 63%?

How Paul Warwick lost over £970k in less than 6 months:

25/9/17 118,767,376 shares at 1.3p = £1.54 million

6/2/18 118,961,327 shares at 0.48p = £571k

And looking forward

?/?/18 118,961,327 shares at 0.3p = £356k ?

P.S.
Still another 64,744,645 dilutive shares to be issued to Hillgrove by 31/7/2018.

The 215,686,275 shares that PHE just issued and placed via Turner Pope were on behalf of Hillgrove. Good to see them shifted.

Cash

Sept 16 they said cash at that time £450k.

Fund raise 2.5 mill and an extra 25k from Yady.

2 mill off the Hillgrove re the note. So £.12 mill in cash on paper.

Spet 2017 interims they said they had £181k cash left by the time they did the fund raise of £1.6 mill

So total as of about £1.8 mill August 2017. Take off the 100k per month burn rate and it's £1.3 mill.

Just got to make sense of the Hillgrove news now.

I as looking for the cash circs and spotted this

In June, the Company announced a collaboration agreement with a major UK partner involved in the development of energy and waste projects.

The agreement will require PowerHouse to supply five systems at locations of the partners' choosing on a prioritised basis, based upon the completion of UK Certifications and demonstration of the G3-UHt unit in active operation.

So it seems PHE will have to prove it works. I take active operation to mean extensive use without failures of the equipment, especially the chamber which is the whole problem with the industry and what Pyromex couldn't sort.

Paul Warwick isn't trapped because he doesn't want to sell out.
================================================================================
Your making an assumption there. I have no idea of his/ hers agenda, but I would at least consider all possibilities. Things change. The Market generally does not believe the story here does it? He is trapped in or to sell at an enormous loss as illiquidity prevents him possibly exiting or reducing.

Are you confident in that statement. re shares buying and selling, I'm not.

Paul Warwick isn't trapped because he doesn't want to sell out. He has stated that he believes in the business and that he is in it for the long term. He is in it for the dividends in the future, and that's long term. So all this nonsense about him selling out is just that, nonsense.

Yes he sold some last year to buy a car, but he still has a huge holding in the company.

I haven't a clue who your talking about. However, he is trapped in. He cant exit such an illiquid share without absolutely trashing it. Therefore his motive must be questioned at least. So it is possible there is a hidden agenda. All IMO
