"...and no profits."

Of course there are not profits. How on earth does anyone expect profits at this stage of the development when they haven't built the first commercial unit yet?

We don't half get some really stupid statements on this BB!

What happens when the buys dry up.

Does it fall to 0.25p?

We will soon find out.

Lots of dilution and no profits.

TW tipped Phe, because it signed up to his annual Investor Show - simple as that.

A former Phe investor said I should avoid buying on the back of the tw tip, pointing out a number of issues, including technical delays, PB part in the fiance, an email from PB sent to the investor, which was full of expletives. Tw got this wrong as he has with so many of his tips in 2016 todate and issues a sell advisory here on the day of the Ka purchase.

Also, the onus is on the shareholder to tell the company, and not on the company to chase the shareholder.

No requirement or sanction for foreigners who sell and don't tell

No announcement of any share sales by any of the significant shareholders.
So what had happened to Linc Energy's shares?

What has happened to the late David Moard's shares? Did his estate sell them?

Why had the company or the Nomad been checking the share register for the large sales and writing to the shareholders requiring confirmation of their shareholding and any TR1 disclosures?

It wasn't that Hillgrove didn't want to keep the shares, they had no choice, they needed the cash so had to sell.

I really have no idea, but it could well be a contributing factor.

Thanks vatnabrekk, do you believe this to be the cause of the price depression?

His name was David Moard. He was one of the founding members. I think he was American. You'll find him on linkedin.

I read elsewhere that a director had died and his estate had sold off his shares, thus depressing the price. I tried to verify this but found nothing.

Volume 27 million, highest since 2nd February. Yet the share price remains static.

Nothing has changed.

The share price is in the 'death spiral' and heading towards 0.3p

Probably another 2 years before a commercial revenue and then only one system will not generate much and giving half way to Waste2Tricily.

More dilution guaranteed. More cash needed.

Watch for further falls in the silent days and weeks ahead.

Tenapen....price of plastic..you had better not read the L s e posts then as they have the price of plastics, electricity, hydrogen conversion rates from waste etc.

Instead of lifting every stone for a conspiracy theory, why not analyse the company, its RNS statements, its financial statements and how they all stack up against the company's forecasts and announcements.

That will explain the falling share price rather than any posting on here or any other board.

deccer1 and nelsom,
Its looks like your grumble with phe had been used as cover by a profesional DE-RAMPER. Then we new that, who else but a pro would find out the price of a tone of plasic bottles and post on here as a way to 'BASH'. Don't feel so bad guys, he is a true pro, just look at the RAMP he is pulling off on the vrs thread he is all over every semi negative post like a rash. He is still posting over there even if his job is done here.

LOL
