Probably a blessing in disguise if they were shafted.

I am very suspicious about what has been going on here for the last three years. Bond gained access to the AIM ATM via numerous placings and it seems funds were paid to his company Ore Pro under some partnership agreement that no one has seen.

One Placing was specifically to raise money to hire a sales team but that never happened.

KA has also been handsomely rewarded, despite his claims, for what must have been a three day week, if that, for long periods of time. He also has a track record of complete failure, not a penny of income generated.

Yes world changing tech and no need for a patent as they are expensive and the CEO that has misled the market before doesn't own a single share LMAO.

I didn't note any FCA action on the old news and misleading statements, why was that?

Oh yeah sorry, FCA silly me.

So back to the original question did the major holders here get offered any shares in that news or were they shafted (again).

How many of these bargain price shares were picked up by the Directors ?

We are meant to be, in KA's words, at the foot of the mythical J-Cloth and globally pioneering the production of hydrogen from plastics and tyres. Surely a moment in time for directors to fill their boots and lead the way ?

Don't ignore the obvious.

No such thing as a bargain if it's a dud.

Quite clearly PIs had no idea the news was coing so who are the private investors that did know as per the release..

"with a variety of private and institutional
investors."

Any comments anyone or did the 'private investors' not include those already heavily in.

IE shafted by PHE.,..... again.

Yeah but, no but.....

"A variety"

Surely they offer the cheap ones to existing holdings or was it the mushroom game for holders keeping them in the dark feeding them on BS.

Any here get any?

Its not buying, just the churn of new shares issued. Why do think the share price is static with such buying ?

Lots of buying today. No surprise really, at this low bargain price.

Look at the recent news I doubt even the big holders were aware and no doubt those that believe it were the buyers recently and got T-boned by that news.

That's the way PHE work.

Still the £20k per month no doubt will keep hiving off into pockets.

No the US company instead that should be the line or walk etc.

That's what BS sales people do. The thought process was they could fix it before the deal would be done.

What you have here is proven lies by the news released re here re pyromex.

I can't be all brilliant and customers falling over themselves to get it, to actually it had been failing for months.

No classic Lagos this company as it stands is a POS with red flags everywhere.

really

Where is the evidence in detail from PHE that it works. Surely you are not relying on the word of the company.

They said that last time around and pumped it up re hype just before them admitted it was all lies.

No evidence to date at all that the chamber can stand up to 24/7 extended use. Not even a patent application to protect this world changing breakthrough. lol.

So far it's all hype and no proof.

Talk is easy give the kit to someone that will out it though it's paces (not a mate of Keith or Howard) and let them decide of it works or not.

Of course companies are happy to talk if they are led to believe it may work.

My mate sent months assuring Hong kong folk thought tech would work in a £100 mill plus deal but at the time of talks it didn't work at all.

The process does work, beeezzz. It's not another R&D disappointment. There is a working, proven, prototype. The first full-size commercial unit will be operational by the end of this year.

For green brigade if this process had worked could have made a major contribution in reducing our carbon footprint, as it is just another R&D disappointment..

Sidney recorded highest temperature a couple weeks ago 47.1C
New Zealand 40C yesterday, are we heating up, certainly not here, come on lets have some bloody global warming..

A bit odd that. With the recent buying end of last week and bit more I thought there may be good news coming and then timmmmbeerrrrrrr.

Good old PHE probably kept that one in the dark with some pumping the background.

Ah the shares being issued for the Hillgrove convertible loan?

But when does the 12 month lock-in period stsrt?

Read today's RNS issued by the company.
Then compare it with the RNS issued on 15 March 2017--

"The 280,430,920 shares to be issued to Hill Grove Investments Pty Ltd (Hillgrove) pursuant to the previously announced loan note conversion are expected to be issued and admitted to trading on AIM in due course. Once these shares are issued to Hillgrove the debenture on the Companys assets will be released. The shares to be issued to Hillgrove will be locked in for a period of 12 months following admission."

So for the avoidance doubt let me highlight that last sentence again,

" The shares to be issued to Hillgrove will be locked in for a period of 12 months following admission."
