14/11/2017 23:31 | Warwick said he sold 2 million last week. No holding announcement yet so presumably he is offloading more. He lost another £50k yesterday. | deccer1

07/11/2017 18:54 | deccer: "25 tpd system, build time 12 months." Here we go again. Where are you getting this 12 months from? We had this discussion a few days ago, and I pointed out to you that your timescale of 12 months is a fabrication. Where did you get that from? The CEO has said that he expects to have the first commercial 25tpd unit installed about mid-2018. If they achieve that, then that will be approx. 6 months after completing the design stage around about Christmas time. I would expect any subsequent units to be built more quickly than the first, so please tell us where you are getting this 12-month build period from. | vatnabrekk
07/11/2017 18:48 | Actually dolphin, no I couldn't. I've got far too much more important and interesting things to do in my life rather than trawl though RNSs and Accounts for information that I believe is not critical anyway. I did spend some time on this, just to humour you, and now I'm finished with it. Clearly you know the answers you want, so be happy! | vatnabrekk
07/11/2017 18:13 | Deals....no mention of profits and cashflow. Lots needed to clear the £50m plus of accumulated losses before any dividends or a major capital restructuring required. | dolphin158
07/11/2017 18:09 | Vat, you missed the December 2015 options as granted at the 2015 AGM. Now, has the company complied with Aim rules concerning Aggregation of Transactions within a twelve month period and Related Party Transactions concerning the options granted in December 2015 and those in March 2016? Perhaps you could say where the RNS is concerning this? | dolphin158
07/11/2017 18:05 | I answered your question dolphin. | vatnabrekk
07/11/2017 17:37 | Usual incisive analysis by Warwick...... Perhaps he can explain the directors share options; number, date granted, expiry date and option price. Shouldn't be difficult for a Chartered Financial Planner....let's see if he is any better than Vatnabrekk. | dolphin158
07/11/2017 12:51 | deccer - that's a house of cards and you know it. I don't know what they could get for electricity because I've no idea how much of it they can generate - their numbers are just not credible - but gate fees are easy. Current gate fees are about £15/tonne ( see ) so for 25tpd over say 300 days, they get around £110K/year. And no reasonable extrapolation from those numbers makes great odds, for instance £20/tonne for 350 days is still well under £200K/year. Bang goes all profit margin. And even this assumes that they can process waste at all, which there's no evidence they can... | supernumerary
07/11/2017 10:35 | Yes, but if there are no profits because the technology never works, what then? 50% of nothing is still nothing... | supernumerary
07/11/2017 10:01 | I will try to post more tomorrow. | deccer1
07/11/2017 09:03 | cracking below 1p don't believe lying scumbag dotard dunces who are trading against you | the stigologist
07/11/2017 08:52 | Not sure w2T has as yet even stumped up the full £1m, but reasons are clear- 50% profits, £20k a month in shares and AFC tio supply the fuel cells. Looks like a much deal all round to Mr White and his fellow director, yes yours truly KA. Beware deals between connected parties, shareholders generally get shafted. | lagosboy |
