Thanks

As I was going through the bits of news that seemed apparent and I was gping to check it out.

At the end of the day the current CEO has repeatedly lied and misled the market in official releases.

No shares, no patent, pilfering cash off into waste2 for fees. lol.

Really in the interest of shareholders that one.

Talks a lot delivers F all.

They did exactly this type of hype with the pyromex version, ultra hype about the huge interest and the breakthrough companies waffling over themselves.

Then the news came that it was a complete failure totally contradicting all the hype up until that point.

Then take the Aussie 30 days timeline which turned into over a year. The CEO talked about how beautifully simple it all was then after the long delays said what a difficult time it had been./

Now you are back on ultra hype about the game changer that left Aus with no real data, appears here more changes, mo patent no shares held ultra hype and no data.

I can list it all if you wish.

I researched this one as It was suggested to be a game changer but the history throws serious doubt on anything the company says, same CEO.

Full of red flags

It reads like a fraud. The CEO jumps up and down but he has lied in the past and the more he shouts about it the more like a fraud it seems.

The deals seem incestuous hit air, money being hived off for consultancy into their own pockets.

As it stands it looks lime a typical Aim con.

superg1: "The word of the company is worthless imo due to the exact type of ultra hype which was followed by complete failure."

Can you please explain what ultra hype you are referring to, and by whom. Also please tell us what complete failure you are referring to.

"...I had questions CEO failed to answer them..."

I find that surprising. KA is normally very ready to communicate with shareholders and to respond to question, providing of course these do not relate to matters that are confidential or price sensitive. So it would be helpful if you would tell us what questions you asked, and was it by email or at a meeting?

I did as it was tipped to me and hence my opinion of this company is very low.

The history of news is there for all to see and digest pre this miraculous materially unsubstantiated world leading breakthrough which isn't patent protected and even the CEO won't buy shares.

Hence I asked a guy with substantial experience in the sector what the issues of the past have been.

In simple terms robustness of the chamber to withstand the heat in industrial use and the strict control of oxygen levels to avoid a catashtrophic potentially explosive failure.

That's the basis of my comments about substantial independent lengthy tests required.

The word of the company is worthless imo due to the exact type of ultra hype which was followed by complete failure.

So yes folk should do their thorough research.

I thought the loan note shares was a bit if a boring whinge but wtf has caused it to drag on so long, it's a fair point.

I genuinely fear for PIs and it isn't the first one I've had fears on and commented. Two went bust.

I looked I had questions CEO failed to answer them so GLA on this one.

cheers superg1,
Ive never understood poster trashing threads. Saving other investors from rampers ! cool, but surley you should always do your own research befor buying any stock. If i had done some research first i would not have been trapped in PHE for all of these years.

So they have still not finished designing a full sized commercial plant and we are not allowed to know the exact location of the first selected site.

Soon be issuing another RNS for all the shares issued to the service providers in lieu of cash payment? Last such shares were issued in late August early September.

Still no announcement about the Hillgrove shares, so the 12 month lock in period hasn't even started; it only commences once the shares have been admitted to AIM.

Over at Waste2Tricity Ervington Investments Limited has sold all of its 60,003 in the company as at 15 May 2017. Also, Paul Heagren left as a director on 3 May 2017. Does Abromovich have any involvement with Waste2Tricty Limited?

Why sell when the company is about to share in half of any profits on contracts introduced by Waste2Tricty to PHE?

So there is still a commercial agreement between PHE and Peel required before construction of the DMG plant?

Yes sleveen, it's a one acre site, which allows for expansion later on if required.

Do PHE intend to lease the DMG to partner organisations?

I read this as signing a lease for land of one acre?

"for a 25 year lease to site its initial commercial DMG® System. The new one
acre site ("the Site") is conveniently located near the University of Chester,
Thornton Science Park, where the PowerHouse G3-UHt Research Demonstrator is
operating."
