Yes early Q2 TS and "the Board has materially increased its expectations for the Group's financial performance for the year ending 31 December 2018."
Given PLUS's cautious approach to TS's this should get Mr M excited ahead of main market listing and FTSE 250 entry at next reshuffle.

Because of the lack of debt reduced EV to MC makes it even better value than those headline figures.

Not sure who's talking overvalued and why but those are my calculations FWIW.

Growth stocks are hard to value of course because often one has to justify very high PERs but not so here it would seem.

Plus 500 share price is low even going by 2017's annual report. The trading update issued on the 1st May shows that Q1 revenue increased by 284% compared to the same period last year. Strong international company. It was an easy decision for me to make. DYOR

@sb888 Serious shorters will have a go at Plus at some point or other ... no doubt. But it will be a tough share to crack, I think.

You may have ambitions to talk Plus down for shorting. But nobody could possibly regard you as 'serious'. Try somewhere else.

They wouldn't have announced the move unless it was a done deal imv.
