China putting more pressure on Cryptos
Good for volatility and hence good for PLUS

I'm expecting buybacks to recommence this week - if my guess about MACD constraint is correct!

Might drive the price back to 900 pre Q3 in October which will be one of the most important we have ever seen as we will know if Q2 and in particular M6 (See Plane London's analysis has been maintained into Q3.) My cautious model assumes a slight decline in Q3 and Q4 revenues compared to Q2 but that still gives a sub 7 PE
Planelondon's analysis of M6 cash/PAT and the 1H outlook statements might suggest something even better! and the possibility the PAT will then exceed IGG!

As James Hanbury at Odey says Plus will continue to exceed market expectations.Mr M is always cynical about Plus otherwise why is IG rated at twice the market cap considering Plus earnings almost on a par with IG and Plus have stolen a march on IG with its crypto offerings.Add in the benefit of the strength of the Euro v GBP with Plus only doing 20% of its business in the UK and im looking forward to the next update

Good post Shanklin which echoes my own experience and feelings. I traded PLUS on two occasions good profit first time in 2013 followed by a bad loss in 2014/15 which is the one that made be uneasy about investing again.

But the last interim results were too good for me to ignore, and now I have looked further into the actions taken by the company to strengthen up their systems and the potential here due to many in the market still feeling like we used to which has resulted with a low valuation, then I am very comfortable holding PLUS again.

Maybe I misunderstood Dennis but I thought the link you sent implies that the closing auction price is a result of trades in that 5 minute period. If not what was the almost 1million quid reported sold at 850p? Not a fiction I assume...

No expert on this stuff but think the "trades" between 16.30 and 16.35 are related to the closing auction process

Many thanks Dennis but does that not imply that between 16.30 and 16.35 there were aggregate sales at an average of 850? Or have I over simplified? But whatever, surely it means someone(s) unloaded a lot of stock cheaply??

PLUS is the only company still in business where I have felt mentally scarred by past experiences, given their various problems of the past which I always managed to trade on the wrong side of. Finally managed to overcome my phobia a few weeks ago, due largely to the changes PLUS have made in how they conduct business, albeit too late to benefit from the latest results.

Certainly nice to be able to add a few at 842.5p this morning.

Big sale shown at 16'35 yesterday. Almost 1 million quid at 850.
Good chance to Buy the dip, or?.....

The fall of near 50p is much higher than the divi adjustment of around 18-19p Wonder why.
