Andrews and Eno's salts were sold by GlaxoSmithKline to Haleon who continue to manufacture Eno's. As of September 2023 production of Andrew's has been discontinued.

I always preferred Eno's anyway. But Pepto Bismol is vastly better than either of them.

The company is valued at 20 million. We have around 9 million pound's currently of contracts but most importantly we are working with the likes of SLB, Oceaneering international (recently), and are now seeming to use our tech to specialise in Plug and Abandonment. We soon go live with SLB where our tech has been built into there own network of methane reduction methods. SLB are working with all the huge oil and gas companies obviously as they are the largest service providers in the world. SLB will pay us royalties. The market for plug and abandonment is ridiculously huge as we push fast to reduce methane leakages. Very under valued in my opinion.

In a further blow I note that Andrews ‘Liver’ salts have been discontinued.

RIP Caramac.

On another related matter have avatars experienced recent difficulties sourcing Cadbury’s Flakes at all?

Just curious - surely paulpilot buying 3m shares plus all the shares also bought by his followers includingme (must be a lot given daily plugs) have pushed up the shares way 2 high for now? What would the price be now if pauly had never taken an interest? And does that matter, or not?

#9845,

Surprisingly little time, elp. The poussin takes 40/45 mins to roast with the mushrooms and other bits and pieces, the Dauphinois was a re-heated leftover from Sunday roast (beef sirloin) and the veg...well it's the veg. Plenty of time for glugging and, as Mrs J is currently off it having to take some antibiotics, that's double helpings for me (which could be the cause of boastful late night postings, of course).

#9855,

Because of the connection with Cafe Lisboa (see earlier) I've known about them for years. I've always called them pasteis de nata but I see that's just the plural form.

Sitting in the cable car yesterday we passed 3 builders knocking up a 2 story building right on the edge of a couple of hundred foot ravine. Zero PPE, standing on the roof banging away with lump hammers. The top floor held up with nothing more than acroprops. Quite remarkable that we have elected to dealign with some of these EU laws, eh?
