I see Helicon Investments, an aggressive hedge fund, took a 5% new position through an equity swap on 22 April. I wonder if that is related to the share price movement.Doubtful those other pieces of news are very material. It they were material management would have had to issue an RNS announcement.

Took an initial stake here this morning
Have been following for a while and valuation is very compelling despite no dividend.
A bit of an unsung hero in the sector.

Two biggies for me. Caliente uncertainty especially given Ptec are booking income currently being withheld, legal case won't be heard until October; M&A risk, rumoured to have bid for 888 which for many was an unattractive target and risk of overpaying, equity raise to fund M&A
