CR has said that they won’t accept a lowball offer. At the AGM there was mention of PHC being worth 20p and I’ve been interested to watch the share price make for the 10p range like a homing missile. I’m waiting for the RNS saying Syngenta are buying and the share price will supernova at that point. Hopefully beyond double. Sometimes I wonder if it’s all been worked out in advance; or maybe just my imagination!!!
Still, I’d prefer PHC to continue alone, given time this company could be great.

Wouldn't be surprising if WE interest developed on EPA approval.

As long as it's not a low ball offer, if any.We are delighted Kate has joined the Board. Her background in M&A and regulated industries will be an asset in terms of the Company's future product development and geographic expansion.

It's still a young cane field, but it's already 15 tons more!
Seven months ago, this producer from Dracena, in western São Paulo, applied H2COPLA in the planting furrow of the RB07-5322 sugarcane variety.

A few days ago, our Agricultural Engineer, Higor Lunhani, went to check out the area that went through several periods of drought. The results can be seen in the photo and also on the scale. We already have 15 tons more compared to the PRODUCER STANDARD.

Analyzing the production components we have:
+ 10% stalk per meter and
+ 25% weight per stalk, on average.

That is, at this moment, the H2COPLA has a productivity increase of 38% !!

But we know that this sugarcane still has a long way to go, which, even if it is delayed, the PRODUCER STANDARD can still recover.
It turns out that it will only be harvested in the second semester, it will still go through a winter (droughts) and we know that sugarcane with H2COPLA has the most well-developed roots, ready to absorb more water and nutrients and with that it can still develop more and show greater difference.

"EU legislation means that biostimulants need to be approved. Whilst this isn't the case in the UK I think you'll find that those that have got an EU approaval, meaning they have good data behind them, actually get greater traction in the UK market."

Brasil Bio Energy marketTo achieve better canal productivity and ensure profitability, the grower must be open to adopting new technologies that can help him in this challenge. This is the subject of the article signed by our Technical and Regulatory Manager, @salmeidasp_oficial for the magazine @coplacana - Pride of Agro number 32, November-December 2022 edition.Launched for the sugarcane culture, from the 2018/19 crop, by @plant_phcbrasil in partnership with Coplacana - Agro Pride, the Harpin protein (H2COPLA) has shown consistent results increasing productivity in hundreds of areas Tested over four fields It also reduces cost of production per tonne harvested and results in higher volume of sugar and alcohol per area treated, generating more baggage for use in electricity cogeneration and more carbon credits. It's @plant_phcbrasil #breakingtheproductivitybarriers with H2COPLA, the greatest ally of producers.#agro #agronegócio #phc #harpin #canadeaçúcar #h2copla #bioinsumos #sustentabilidade

France has only approved Harpin. While as Jeff Tweedy says this is fantastic news, I would have been surprised if this had not been approved after years of successful use in Brazil, Mexico and the USA.

Think 2025 maybe the year if they hit or exceed targets. The EPA is a real frustration and the delay will affect the timing for getting products to market. The concern then would be the knock on affect for early US sales/uptake and 2925 targets. The initial successes in Brazil show how good PreTec products are and the yield gains for farmers. You'd think our US partners and their customers would be banging on the EPA door to get the products approved so US growers can reap the benefits. The EU (France) and South American regulators have approved you'd think the US woiuld want to keep up.

Updated - I meant this year - 🙄

Broker note said 36p early this year. They tend to be over optimistic. I also heard 20p from a source, again early this year.
The growth here will show revenue up significantly so I’m tempted by the broker position now. More if we’re in profit.
Give it a couple of years though….

New products = new IP = new patents = new moat.
Not long to wait for 2022 results. Late Jan?
PHC can’t do anything about EPA delay. It’s like waiting for a bus. The big license is PHC949. It’s so good, someone will buy the company.
Buy well and hold on…
