19/1/2023 13:38 | If PepsiCo Agro sign up as a customer via one of PHC's partners then the knock on affect for PHC could be very good indeed. 100000 plus agricultural jobs supported - Tens of thousands of farmers in their network - 25 key ingredients and crops sourced form more than 30 different countries - 90% sustainably sourced globally - 345000 acres farmed with regenerative farming practices toward goal of 7 MILION acres by 2030 - "Climate-related impacts like excessive heat, drought or flooding can impact farm yield and productivity. So we’ve taken steps designed to source our crops in ways that respect natural resources, strengthen farming communities and ensure a secure supply of ingredients for our products. We’re supporting regenerative agricultural practices that aim to make soil healthier, sequester carbon, improve watershed health and biodiversity, and strengthen farmer livelihoods. We’re working closely with our farmers and intermediary suppliers to embed these practices throughout our agricultural supply chain." PHC products look a perfect fit for PepsiCo Agro. If they are impressed with increased crop health and yield with a low environmental impact then orders may follow. | ![]() oapknob1

18/1/2023 10:01 | At this time and indeed for all of 2023 I do not see PHC having either the financial resources or depth in management to do an acquisition of a size that would justify having a NED with m&a expertise and I am going that this appointment is more defensive than offensive. | ![]() cerrito

18/1/2023 08:59 | CR has said that they won’t accept a lowball offer. At the AGM there was mention of PHC being worth 20p and I’ve been interested to watch the share price make for the 10p range like a homing missile. I’m waiting for the RNS saying Syngenta are buying and the share price will supernova at that point. Hopefully beyond double. Sometimes I wonder if it’s all been worked out in advance; or maybe just my imagination!!! Still, I’d prefer PHC to continue alone, given time this company could be great. | ![]() pretax2

13/1/2023 18:28 | It's still a young cane field, but it's already 15 tons more! Seven months ago, this producer from Dracena, in western São Paulo, applied H2COPLA in the planting furrow of the RB07-5322 sugarcane variety. A few days ago, our Agricultural Engineer, Higor Lunhani, went to check out the area that went through several periods of drought. The results can be seen in the photo and also on the scale. We already have 15 tons more compared to the PRODUCER STANDARD. Analyzing the production components we have: + 10% stalk per meter and + 25% weight per stalk, on average. That is, at this moment, the H2COPLA has a productivity increase of 38% !! But we know that this sugarcane still has a long way to go, which, even if it is delayed, the PRODUCER STANDARD can still recover. It turns out that it will only be harvested in the second semester, it will still go through a winter (droughts) and we know that sugarcane with H2COPLA has the most well-developed roots, ready to absorb more water and nutrients and with that it can still develop more and show greater difference. | ![]() pretax2
