I like this from the Interims re PHC279PHC279 is progressing through the regulatory process in the EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency), with approval expected in late Q4 2022. First commercial sales are expected in early 2023.It may slip to Q1 but we'll see.

I need to double check in the next IMC call but my understanding is that most sales for Saorei in the current Brazil soy season will have been made before year end.
I see that Cenkos has raised the tp from 31p to 33p and for me more important continue to see no need for a further equity raise.
I note no comment on US approval for PHC279 and in theory no news is good news in that if they foresaw a delay they should have softened us up.

pretax2,

Decent response, thank you.

I acknowledge that development is still on-going here. But it has been on-going for quite some time. I understanding promoting the products has a cost - but at some point we need to see margins holding and improving too - not declining as is currently the case.

Best wishes,

G.

Running faster to stand still?
At the moment the balance sheet is starting to tilt to profit, but slowly. That’s because of the promotional costs of the products, especially the new products. ProAct continues to be a success and is grooming growers. PHC are becoming a trusted brand and once their full platform is available I expect profits to dwarf costs. There’s a lot of ‘world’ for the PHC snowball to roll into, and new licenses are opening up the market to sustainable products.
These days I ignore the shareprice if the fundamentals are showing promise, especially in a bear market. Value will out eventually, always does and usually when it’s least expected.

BlackSwann,

materially ahead on revenues, underlying losses flat? Running faster to stand still?

No position here, but the chart seems to be levelling out.

Just a view.

So the two Jeffs now have a 'significant' holding at super nice price. Though in fairness JT did buy some on the open market recently. Nice to have the shares in sticky hands though.
Companies I've known have a canny knack of getting the timing spot on with these option packages. Let's hope there's some truth to this, the chart tells it's own story.

Approval process is nothing to do with PHC and EPA do claim that Covid has left them behind. JT still confident of approval in Q4.

US approvals can't come soon enough. PHC and EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) can't keep blaming COVID for the delay.

I emailed JT about delays to the US license. There has been slippage if you check back, but nothing PHC can control. According to Jeff, covid has been the delaying factor. I assume they have a backlog to deal with. Once we get EPA approval, we need to apply to individual states taking 60 days. Jeff still confident on EPA in Q4 this year though.

OAP, it seems we search for whispers in the same place.

Concerning results, things remain on track despite the global headwinds. I’d say the US licenses and a move into profitability will light a fire under the shareprice. If you’re in now then you’re in nice and early before any major moves north. Just have to sit on your hands and ride the volatility.

Coplacana co-op have their Coplacampo 2023 coming up 27/2/23 - 02/03/2023 and use the event to bring together the best agribusiness companies and presents rural producers with the greatest news in services, products and technologies.Harpin and Saori are being pushed in Brazil. As more and more members have success with PHC products then uptake in use should increase. The sugar cane crop is of real importance to Brazil's Bio-energy market. Those 2 products will be the initial drivers of revenue growth IMO. If Uruguay and Argentinian markets follow like Brazil then PHC could achieve their goals. "Welcome to the largest event held by COPLACANA and exclusively focused on cooperativemembers and rural producers. Are you prepared to learn about the newest in services, products and technologies?"

Also I do not get FX loses on the loan of 3 mil ..... quite a future risk, do they think about how to avoid it in the future ?

FX fluctuations up to 20 % ... (loss) - so - by the amount of the loans outstanding I do not get it - 3 million

Had a quick canter through the results and nothing really noteworthy for me.
There seems to be some slippage with US approval for PHC 279.
Especially in the current environment, I looked at the cash and the Going Concern statement and noted the comment that they should have enough cash to see them through.
I saw the increase in inventories, which is not surprising, and for some reason receivables went down.
Great with so much else going on, all here going to plan.

If you go back a few posts you’ll see there’s a presentation tonight. The 30m figure is a broad corporate goal for end of year 2025. Chris Richards was asked for detail on this before on a conference call, but said He couldn’t give this because it would considered a forecast and broker’s wouldn’t be happy.

- 30 m revenue in
- which products will deliver it
- what distributors and what markets

they do not say how they are going to finance the growth and research (how much is needed and where the will get it).... can one explain it to me please
