I first saw this company just after it was launched some 20 years ago. I should have bought because it multiplied before it fell out of bed. However, all the time it has been jam tomorrow. I guess the $64k question is whether this time it is different. If one looks a Cenkos numbers it could be. Cenkos project a single figure PER on adjusted EPS next year on revenues of $24.8m. As the company is projecting $30m for 2025 or growth of20%+ with further crops in the pipeline, this time it could be real.

I will almost certainly put my toes in the water.

Think normal investors require someone else's interortation of today's rns and the recent trading update. The figures look good to me when quite a few companies might struggle through a recession.

From today's rns. 11m dollars revenue and on track to achieve 30m revenue by 2025. Roughly 70% revenue growth for the next three years. Investors ignore investing long term but the figures and products here does make it look a good investment.

It always takes more effort the get the snowball rolling.
PHC are going big on marketing at the moment. It’s expensive, but the good thing for us is that the products have a visible impact on crops, even at an early stage, so eventually the products will sell themselves via word of mouth. Thus costs will reduce there.
Second PHC’s lab in Seattle is working on more efficient production techniques. As these roll out there’ll be a concomitant increase in margin.
Third, the company is growing globally with new distributors coming onboard, more sales etc. There’s a lot of world to go at and they are establishing roots in Europe, Americas, Australasia, Asia.

Can’t remember who said it, but you can’t buy stocks and hope to gain based on what’s known now, because someone’s already bought it. You can only buy stocks and hope to gain based on your take of the future. That involves rolling the dice a little. For me, PHC have the hallmarks of becoming a significant agro-chemicals company. There are several fences ahead, but they’re getting over them, like today.

Pug.. I must have filtered you from some other thread. So I chechecked today's post. Please read the trading update where they mention cash flow positive. This would have been included today if they had not issued the trading update. Cash flow postive is a major step forward. And today's Rns suggest a product take up. Filter is still in place.

The previous Rns was ignored. Heading for cash flow positive. Today's announcement might bring that forward. It's best to read both of the RNS statements.

Regardless of any shareprice movement in the forthcoming weeks, this EPA approval for PREtec is a massive company making announcement. It will positively influence regulatory decisions in other countries and the uptake of PREtec products. It also practically nails on PHC949 approval, which uses the same technology, and best of all, we have the whole of US agriculture to go at with our product.

There are 2 things wrong with the statement - you can't have a joint ISA and you can't put more than £20k in an ISA in a tax year. It is also odd that he bought them for less than he sold them for, it's always been more expensive to buy them when you bed and ISA.
