Nice try but everyone knows you're losing a packet. You are the guy who has correctly called 26 of the last 2 housing crashes.

And remind us how TLY is doing? Haha. Idiot.

Cupra,

Excellent trading opportunities.

I was saying I wouldn't buy any HB a year ago, when these were 2000p-2200p, whilst you have been adding all the way down!!
I then said trade, which has also worked out well.

There's a distinct lack of analysis of the TU. That says a lot.

£15 target I see, still have a big fall in inflation to come. Time at add on any share price fall back to £11. Looks like a breakout chart.

Yeah, pretty good and 'as expected' update.
Not bad for a company which would need to treble it's current share price to get back to recent highs.
Hold for the medium term :)

Interesting note from currency analyst.

Pound (GBP) Soars amid Bullish Trade

The Pound (GBP) roared higher on Friday, as the bullish market mood intensified over the session.

Despite a lack of data, and pared back Bank of England (BoE) rate hike bets, the increasingly risk-sensitive Pound skyrocketed. As risk-on trade took root, GBP exchange rates soared.

UK data releases are in short supply today, which may restrict movement in Sterling. END.

BoE base rate at 6%?
Absolutely no chance.

To backup my previous post about properties selling significantly lower at auctions.

Just looking at lot 1.

Seller: a REIT
Sold for £265k

2 years ago, the same property was bought for £365k.

So the REIT has lost £100k plus fees in exactly 2 years. Buyers fees when they bought and sellers fees when they sold.

That's £100k or 27% plus fees loss in exactly 2 years.

That's from peak to current and property prices haven't reached the trough yet.

Note the timing on my previous post "Bare that in mind whilst trading these".
The share price fell after that.

I mentioned auction prices falling last week.
Property selling for around 1/3 lower, £100k lower than was sold just 2 years ago!!! That's a huge £100k loss in 2 years. Auction fees on top so the loss is a lot more!!
£360k Oct 2021.
£265k last week.

The following article is encouraging for the average earner
on an annual pre-tax salary of just over £38,000, to be included in the British home ownership culture.

Spalding in Lincolnshire...

Shared ownership properties remain in high demand in the area – as one development is proving.

Only one property remains for sale on a site of 24 shared ownership homes which went on the market 18 months ago.

The development on Holbeach’s Fleet Road comprises a collection of semi-detached family homes and bungalows, all available through the scheme.

All 24 properties have been marketed at this development by Platform, and listings for the first phase were posted in April last year.

Donna Gadd, regional sales manager at Platform Home Ownership, said: “We’re thrilled with the success of the wonderful homes at Fleet Road, and helping people find their dream property in a fantastic area has been incredibly rewarding.

Shared ownership allows home seekers to purchase a share of their home and pay rent on the remaining amount, typically buying between 10% and 75% of the property’s full market value, depending on the model purchased with.

This lowers the amount needed for a deposit, with most deposits on shared ownership schemes between 5% and 10% of the share and not the full amount.

Through the process of staircasing, those using shared ownership can gradually increase the amount of their home that they own.

The final home remaining through shared ownership is the two-bedroom detached bungalow available for £82,250 for a 35% share value.

The Sp is like a sine wave at the moment.... forward thinking punters buy encouraged. when Int rates are kept on hold or reduced..... then when dire sales figures are released shorters takeover and down she goes......

PSN reports next Tues.
I'm expecting sales to have continued to fall and Help to Buy to have impacted them.

Bare that in mind whilst trading these.

Sikhthetech,

"Some clueless bitter posters do base their research on brokers though...lol"

As I have told you before, you should not get emotional.

And not sure that I do or have stated that, lol!

Tell me, when is your 5+ year predicted house crash going to happen, lol, just lol!

Your not credible.
