03/11/2023 13:45 | Nice to see this rise but also a bit gutted my divi not yet reinvested. Hey ho, can't win them all.. | time 2 retire
03/11/2023 13:41 | Wasn't expecting as sharp a rise this soon! The next boom is going to be massive when inflation settles and the economy recovers! Quite a bit of a wait for that though. 😂 | investorwil
03/11/2023 13:23 | Sikhthetech, As I have consistently told you... BoE Base Rate at 6%? Absolutely no chance. You on the other hand were predicting the BoE base rate to go up to 8%, lol! Tell me, when is your over 5 year prediction of a house price crash, 40% peak to trough going to happen, lol, just lol! Your not credible. | beckers2008
03/11/2023 13:19 | That would only matter if brokers always get it correct which as we all know, they don't. | cupra kid
03/11/2023 12:12 | The current share price is around the latest broker's targets of 1100-1200p. That could be the ceiling for those investors who go by broker's targets. Let's see if the brokers update anytime soon. | sikhthetech
03/11/2023 12:06 | Nice trading due to stockmarket rising. PSN reports next Tues, which should give an idea as to current trading and outlook at PSN. sikhthetech20 Feb '22 - 15:26 - 5884 of 5899 Edit <...> When the housing market crashes, no HB is immune from the crash. Likewise, listed HBs are not immune from stockmarket falls or movements. Govn support, provided during pandemic, has ended. Repossessions which were stopped during pandemic are legal again. Around 30k homeowners in severe mortgage debt. Inflationary pressure, interest rate rises, NI rises, Council tax rises, energy price rises all impact affordability. | sikhthetech
02/11/2023 16:32 | Sikhthetech, "Bank holds rates at 5.25% and warns they will stay high" Lol! Don't you remember back in 2007 when the last house price cycle peaked, interest rates were 6%. Tell me, when is your 5 plus year house price crash prediction going to come true. What's it like being wrong for over 5 years. I'm not wrong on your pos TLY crashing over 85%, lol, just lol! | beckers2008
02/11/2023 15:26 | 6 voted to keep interest rates on hold, 3 voted to increase. Bank holds rates at 5.25% and warns they will stay high "Despite the gloomy economic forecasts, Bank of England boss Andrew Bailey said it was "much too early to be thinking about rate cuts"." | sikhthetech
02/11/2023 12:39 | There’s the whiff in the air of shorters’ pants burning! | blue59
02/11/2023 11:01 | V, Explain the house price rise, last month? | beckers2008
02/11/2023 10:38 | Inflation has masked the scale of house price falls recently. Real terms fall is about 13.4% so far which is a fair chunk. | viscount1
02/11/2023 10:13 | Sikhthetech, You have been ripped a new one and proved you talk bs...Yet again, lol! Courtesy of Fenners66, Did you see the headline in the Daily Express this morning (not the best of papers I know, none the less) "No house price crash! UK property market looks bullet proof as prices RISE" Some may look at this headline and say, let's not wait any longer and Buy a new home now. Sikhthetech, Tell me, when is your predicted (5 years ago) house price, 40% peak to trough going to happen, lol, just lol! Sikhthetech, Your not credible. | beckers2008
01/11/2023 16:49 | BoE interest rate decision tomorrow. I'm expecting rates to stay unchanged. Properties coming up in one of the auctions this week have guide prices of around 50% lower than similar properties were sold. Not long to see how much they actually sell for. In terms of new builds, ghost developments are a real possibility as new builds fail to sell. | sikhthetech
01/11/2023 08:41 | House price crash this year, 40% peak to trough? No and No for the last 5 years. UK house prices increased by 0.9% month-on-month in October, says Nationwide The uptick in house prices in October most likely reflects the fact that the supply of properties on the market is constrained, Nationwide said. | beckers2008
31/10/2023 14:30 | Sikhthetech, You have proved yourself a fool yet again, I was not a holder of TW. shares until 29th March 2022, which I declared. That is not around two years ago. You thought I was a holder of PSN until I made a mug-punter of you, lol! You stated that what "I post influences the share price of PSN" Your 10 year ramping Premium BB TLY that you set up 10 years ago has done you well, lol! Your down over 85% but I did tell you to sell at 40p then again at 14p, now 6p on the bid, lol! It seems that I am right and you are always wrong, lol, just lol! Sikhthetech, Your not credible. | beckers2008
31/10/2023 13:29 | Sikhthetech, "Beckers has been saying it's all in the price for around 2yrs!!!" Wrong, when are you ever going to get anything right, your only down over 85% on your only holding TLY where you set up your premium ramping BB 10 years ago, lol! Tell me, when is the house price crash, 40% peak to trough coming, you have been wrong for over 5 years, lol, just lol! Your not credible. | beckers2008
31/10/2023 09:07 | Adam, Yes, I agree, currently there isn't any other bad news. Interest rates maybe done, but old news, inflation is coming down so old news, all the while mortgage rates are falling as lenders have the credit to get off the books. Energy prices have fallen, so old news. Affordability is improving, so old news. Certainly times are better now than at the height of the pandemic when the world stopped. However, PSN share price does not reflect that. | beckers2008
31/10/2023 08:58 | Hi Beckers I think a benign recession and interest rates staying where they are for the next 6 months is baked in, so yes, barring some spill over in the ME or something else causing a severe recession, I think a lot is in the price Adam | adamb1978
31/10/2023 08:57 | Not quite yethttps://theinterm | belzoni
31/10/2023 08:48 | Short position now the highest since pre 2014, sitting at 2.03%. Millennium added on the 25th October, Ouch! BoE base rate change unlikely and mortgage rates continuing to fall, this is going to be interesting. Is all the bad news baked in? | beckers2008
30/10/2023 23:42 | "Bond prices are going UP not down." That is NOT correct. | viscount1
30/10/2023 23:21 | There's another huge difference unfortunately. The yield is now a fraction of what it's been over the last few years. This year they've paid 80p, last year it was 235p. I'm a holder for medium to long term recovery, but this isn't going back to £30 a share any time soon. | davius |
