21/12/2016 17:48 | Phone up investor relations. It will be a very full event webcast | eh9
21/12/2016 17:44 | EH9 you've previously been guilty of speculating on events that haven't happened e.g. The BT partnership. I suspect you may be speculating on the T U. I expect the TU to be good- quite possibly an ahead statement- but beyond that I wouldn't want to comment. | ihatemms
21/12/2016 17:40 | so looks like majority have decreased their shorts or at least a "net" decrease? DYOR | qs99
21/12/2016 17:39 | Yes - so we've had the belated reporting of shorters reducing their shorts. Circa 5.5 million shares bought back. | ihatemms
21/12/2016 17:38 | EH9 - yes, please could you clarify your comment re. Led to believe the all guns blazing TU ? | mip55
21/12/2016 17:37 | To summarise: Paysafe have so far bought 125,000 shares at average of 358.9 and highest price of 360.5 - so this informs that they consider these prices to be attractive at which to buy, and prices at which they will buy more. The cost of the 125,000 shares was £448,620, ie under half a million, and they have allocated £100 million to buy up to a maximum of 48.1 million shares. So the buying so far amounts to little more than a statement of intent/ a shot across the bows of shorters. The total number of shares in issue is 491 million, so the 48.1 million they have declared willing to buy (provided it amounts to no more than £100 million) represents just under 10% of the total number of shares. (I suppose there are regulations restricting them to this share buy back figure, anyone???) | shanksaj

21/12/2016 17:09 | Aek has started to reduce | eh9
21/12/2016 16:44 | Bit disappointing considering nearly 5mil shares traded today but I guess a bit of profit taking after the last couple of days rise, hopefully PAYS will be a bit more bullish with the share buy backs tomorrow and get this back on track. Once over 3.80 with a bit of support this should fly! | bennya
21/12/2016 16:13 | Thanks Iomax - apologies, didn't notice that. | melf
21/12/2016 16:08 | Melf, sort on date of last notification - none of these are later than 4/11/16. The spreadsheet is not correct as at today's date | lomax99
21/12/2016 16:06 | Having same issue lomax | redlee
21/12/2016 16:06 | Where are you getting your file from ihatemms? Clicking on the link on their website brings up one dated 07.11.16 | lomax99
21/12/2016 16:05 | Oxford have closed their short and PEP reduced significantly. | melf

21/12/2016 15:56 | That's out of date - to 7/11/16?? | lomax99
21/12/2016 15:54 | Yes - AEK down from 3.13% to 2.88% - down .25% and PEPM down .1% from 2.00% to 1.9%. | ihatemms

21/12/2016 15:43 | Is the likely purchase of Sage pay just a speculation or is there any substance to it? | nurdin
21/12/2016 15:41 | Yes, the more they can dilute the revenue/profit for the largest merchant, the better methinks. | melf
21/12/2016 15:37 | They may be buying Sage pay so that would be far more shareholder value creative than a dividend | eh9
21/12/2016 15:27 | As well as share buy back would it not be a good idea to use some of the money to pay a dividend !!!! Might stop the shorters more as they would have to pay up for that ? | oohrogerpalmer
21/12/2016 15:13 | Special loans can attract a commission rate of up to 200 basis points. Not been involved in lending for a couple of years but I would expect PAYS to attract a premium commission rate. | the big fella |
