20/12/2016 10:34 | I wonder were the Board also concerned/had reports that at these levels PAYS is very susceptible to a bid approach ? | wolfhound1
20/12/2016 10:11 | Thanks for the knowledgable posts all. It's a very smart move by the board. I think that's the response we wanted to hear from them! | juzzer100
20/12/2016 10:03 | Our new target should be the previous high of 470p plus 10% ( share buy back) = 517p prior to any TU on the 12th GLA | wolfhound1
20/12/2016 09:44 | Clever move from PAYS, can only see this going one way now. As the shorters run for the hills and market confidence restored this will be a nice run up to the TU, be interesting to see what happens this afternoon when the US wake up! | bennya
20/12/2016 09:24 | Good move. The low share price is a market opportunity.Got stopped out of my spreadbet but kept all core holdings.Annoying but recovery should be strong now | trentendboy
20/12/2016 09:15 | This will be rinse a rise and a squeeze. PAYS v astute in not getting bogged firm with detail response.Main listing acceleration. Buy back Trading updateGood enough for me | tsmith2
20/12/2016 09:11 | Seasons Greetings All. Have a good day. :o)/:o).xx | callmebwana
20/12/2016 09:06 | Hopefully when the market wakes up to the buyback 400p by Xmas For anyone with a MBNA credit card Lloyds just bought it for 2.4billion , share price hasn't reacted much so far | malcolmmm
20/12/2016 09:03 | The buy back is almost at three times the position size of the shorters - I suspect they will give the shorters til COB today to close short by open buying in the market and after that they are fair game - I can see a rachet up floor approach being applied i.e. 1. start buying - share price lifts to say 380p this becomes new floor with auto bot buy(abb) 2. Prices rises to 395p - set this as the new floor abb 3. Price rises to 425p set this as the new floor abb 4. Price rises to 450p - set this as the new floor abb So in other words fill your boots if you haven't already - we will be back above 450p prior to the TU IMHO. | wolfhound1
20/12/2016 08:59 | Just erectile dyfunction. No comment on Kames Capital going below 3% ??If I recall they had quite a substantial holding 3 months ago. | nurdin
20/12/2016 08:58 | Beware Paleje. What you encourage is exactly what the shorters want and I think you know that. What is your position? | polythene
20/12/2016 08:52 | Is it profit taking after the early peak which is causing the daily trading pattern? | redlee
20/12/2016 08:46 | shorters have lost their profit | larva
20/12/2016 08:45 | EH9 Can we assume that the shorters just cannot buy enough shares quick enough to avoid a steady rise from the competing bot? | aspex
20/12/2016 08:44 | Paysafe President and Chief Executive Officer Joel Leonoff commented: I am pleased to announce Paysafe’s inaugural share buyback programme, which underlines our confidence in the business and its future prospects. The programme, and our track record of significant cash conversion, enable us to capitalise on current market opportunities without compromising our pursuit of bold M&A with a strong strategic fit. | malcolmmm
20/12/2016 08:39 | Shorters will have to start closing as price rises, loss of profits, lending rates etcSqueeze coming up | tsmith2
20/12/2016 08:39 | Would a tender offer by the company for its shares at a price which would give the shorters no profit (or better still a loss) be a viable alternative no a buy bot is far more favourable for shareholders | eh9
20/12/2016 08:39 | @boadicea - sounds illegal to me could be front running. OK to buy at market but offering a substantially higher price would affect company profits so again potentially illegal. | ralphmalph
20/12/2016 08:37 | Would a tender offer by the company for its shares at a price which would give the shorters no profit (or better still a loss) be a viable alternative approach to buy-backs? The effect of such on the share price should be immediate and almost total. | boadicea
20/12/2016 08:35 | Well it is Xmas so I shall blow my own trumpet. It is nice of PAYS to take my advice to instigate a share buy back scheme. What a clever boy I am. TIC. | ralphmalph
20/12/2016 08:33 | 378/379 big resistance. If we can get over there in the next few days and it becomes support then the chart will give good signals. Getting past 354 for now v welcome. | steptoes yard
20/12/2016 08:31 | V good point boadicea | steptoes yard
20/12/2016 08:31 | Shorts in trouble.. TU coming up too | tsmith2
20/12/2016 08:30 | Phased approach =buy bot dripping buys whenever needed | eh9 |
