09/8/2023 14:02 | Asteriscos Patrimonial SLU topped up their holding on 20 July 23 with 20 million holding now according to Stockopedia ' They are a Spanish company who have Estate Agency and Business Efficency Divisons with a liking for Retail Business efficiency, if my translation is correct | togglebrush
09/8/2023 13:55 | Any takeover would surely be hostile | casholaa
09/8/2023 10:49 | Asteriscos Patrimonial SLU have 27% if I'm not mistaken | mr.oz
09/8/2023 10:46 | Really strong- volume picking up again- makes you start to wonder re a bid Maybe (just like on the way down) has the propensity to overshoot as it’s quite thin | se81
09/8/2023 10:26 | Well done Sceptic. I'm holding for the dividend and share price growth. I don't see a PE of 9.7 as particularly demanding here. | pinemartin9
09/8/2023 09:48 | Well thats me folks - sold majority over a few trades38% profit in a 3 months.Good luck all | scepticalinvestor
09/8/2023 09:39 | It will be interesting to see the effect on the share price | casholaa
09/8/2023 08:54 | Ex dividend here tomorrow for 18.6p | pinemartin9
04/8/2023 17:31 | Same, I see 600+ here with some more growth, increased profits and the full integration of the Appreciate group business.....Even at 600+ the dividend is about 6%ish | stoopid
04/8/2023 13:42 | Quite happy to continue here. | casholaa
04/8/2023 13:26 | Sold 2/3 of my position, volume has dropped right back, its very overbought and share price rise has stalled. Dont think its worth waiting for the divi because it has the feel of one that will drift a bit lower again now. Profits banked while still having some skin in the game | doom4gloom
03/8/2023 15:24 | Have left my sell @ 567.89 If and when it gets paid I will be off Is an utterly confusing share Just a bunch of hopefuls trading this share no more for me. Re the lag in the audit I seen the word "park" This would not have anything to do with the Xmas saving club that we see adverts for in the run up and aftermath of same Any thoughts Thanks | jubberjim
02/8/2023 23:54 | Its not about PE, this is hardly a growth share so the PE is always likely to be quite low. Yes agree the future looks somewhat brighter but its gone from hugely oversold to very overbought with a 40% return in just two months. Its time to bank profits, I too will be halving my position well before it goes ex divi. I really dont think the immediate rally has got much further to go | doom4gloom
02/8/2023 14:08 | It has taken PAY a while to rebase and enhance its offering in the UK after offloading their Romanian assets and moving away from cash towards mobile and digital payments. They have also greatly enhanced their retailer proposition and have had some excellent contract wins.Dilution after Appreciate takeover was minimal (5%ish?) for a greatly enhanced business. No big first quarter impact from appreciate but most of its revenues come in the third quarter with Christmas club and Christmas gifting. Going forward the business is looking to grow again and revenues and profits are on the up. FCF is good and divi well supported. Last time PAY had revenues of 200m+ and profits of 50m/65m share price was 800 - 1000. The PE at the moment is what? 6? 7? Very cheap compared to peers. | stoopid
02/8/2023 09:14 | Well, there's been an increase of over 100p here. There will be plenty who've assessed that might be enough for now and banked some or all of that and forsaken the divi. | mr.oz
02/8/2023 08:12 | It's a tough call. I bought in here for capital increase with the protection of the dividend. The dividend gives me a little.more wriggle room and the confidence to hold and wait for the value in the share price to unwind. Its a strategy I've used with ITV when I bought in at circa 62p. I've had a full year of divis there now and also share price appreciation. Combined that's led to a 22% return so far, but yes, the only banked part of that is the dividend. | pinemartin9
02/8/2023 02:57 | Really, Cash? A dividend, once banked is for ever. A share price rise may be here today and gone (or worse) tomorrow. | 1knocker
01/8/2023 12:09 | The capital increase is worth more to me than the divi. | casholaa
01/8/2023 12:00 | Well I feel like I’m winning when share price is up near 40% from its recent lows and still paying a very healthy dividend yield. As earnings grow and debt reduces I would expect dividend yield to also increase further supporting a higher share price. | brucethegoldfish
01/8/2023 11:47 | PAY starts to fall back after reaching new high for the year . What goes up must come back down and then yield starts to increase . Cannot win . One either chooses high yield with low share price or lower yield with higher share price | stevensupertrader
01/8/2023 10:20 | I think a good possibility Sceptical, breakout on the chart and the strong upward momentum continues. The market clearly liked what it saw on the recent results and trading update. I certainly did! I will be holding for the mid-term, but obviously good to see the share price perform in the short-term too. | brucethegoldfish
01/8/2023 09:44 | Now up 27%. . .can we see 6 this week | scepticalinvestor
01/8/2023 09:15 | As PAY share price went up, current yield is under 7% - one cannot get it both ways | stevensupertrader
31/7/2023 18:58 | Yahoo tells us: % held by insiders 30.95% % held by institutions 64.79% Not sure how accurate the numbers are so as always dyor etc | casholaa |
