31/12/2021 14:18 | Really worth reading, and with a full value share price of £34 not including Kuparuk. As far as I can tell, it's pretty accurate. Main reason for the uplift is moving recovery rates to those of regional comparators, which looks sensible. | bobbiedazzler

30/12/2021 23:35 | Have just re-read the recent Value Sits comment on substack. The conclusion is on all fours with my own (rather cack-handed) thoughts, and is as follows: "In conclusion, I believe the {recent}fundraise actually de-risks PANR further, removing its reliance on the capital markets for liquidity, increasing institutional equity interest in the name, and fully funding it to an exit scenario with negligible value dilution to shareholders. I therefore continue to believe PANR is a very compelling situation that offers very substantial upside, with very limited downside given its enormous resource asset backing." | total return
30/12/2021 17:52 | Well well so we have a short trading day ahead to end 2021. Pantheon are likely to be fast out of the blocks in 2022 with news of spud etc The main point of focus should be on the sheer size and scale of Theta West. The first 3 months of 2022 are potentially transformational to say the least. AIMHO GLA for a very profitable 2022 BTG | btgman

30/12/2021 15:30 | Scot126: thank you for drawing our attention to the Twitter update(s). Early part of 2022 will be very pregnant of news from PANR. (Edit: I am not one to get excited at my age but I am hugely looking forward to a rash of news in H1 which could be totally transformational for PANR holders although, yes, I am aware that some risks remain.) | total return
30/12/2021 15:26 | Winner66; I love these days between Christmas and New Year as the year-end ramping of stocks (politely known as window-dressing) often provides some great opportunities both on the buy and sell tack. I have topped and tailed several things this week, generally adding liquidity for what I expect to be a tricky year for equities in 2022. I also topped up PANR yesterday and today as (unlike someone who posted here last week) I DO expect a strong rally in PANR before the first drilling results are known. This regularly happens in this sector but E &P stocks are rarely as cashed-up as Pantheon is nor do they have as many multiple target zones which, individually, could each impact positively on the value of the company. I am here both for the PANR rally into late Jan/early Feb and the longer term opportunity and I believe that the likely market headwinds in 2022 will favour high-conviction stories like PANR over just being positioned in the market generally. | total return
30/12/2021 13:24 | These few trading days between Christmas and new year always have a widening of the spread . Creates false situations. Arguably a stupid time to buy or sell . Just wait until next week , the current ridiculous share price low will be left way behind as average volumes resume . | winner66
30/12/2021 12:42 | It was just an anomalous weather pattern in Kodiak. Nov broke records to the downside there,, even broke their monitoring equipment apparently. They're expecting the cold to return by end of week.. | bad gateway
30/12/2021 12:13 | Cracking photos and update on Twitter. Commentary with the photos: "Pantheon’s ice road build continuing to make great progress over Christmas. #PANR $PANR #PTHRF $PTHRF #OOTT #Alaska #NorthSlope #iceroadtruckers" Additional comment: "A couple of pics taken from the ice road build which started at the Dalton Highway where it first heads to the Talitha #A location where camp facilities, amongst others, will be based, before heading towards the Theta West location. Work has continued with vigour over the Christmas track and remains perfectly on schedule." "perfectly on schedule" = great stuff. I recognise there are a few stories out there about Alaska experiencing the warmest December day on record. The story is accurate but the data were collected in Kodiak Island and Unalaska in the Aleutian Islands. Kodiak Island is approximately 886 miles south-south-west of Deadhorse. PANR's acreage is 15-20 miles south of Deadhorse and, as many posters have verified, is plenty cold enough to be constructing ice roads. Any attempt by well-meaning but ill-informed posters to spread some weather-related fear ought to be challenged robustly by those who are so minded, ignored by everyone else. All starting to feel very real for this upcoming season. PS Coldy on Twitter if you're reading this......perhaps challenge Oilman Dim why he hasn't highlighted the legal challenge to 88E's Merlin-2 operations for this season? Yet more evidence of his biased coverage of Alaskan E&P stocks? Another sign that he hasn't done his research? Or is he deliberately not informing his readers of an additional risk to 88E? Tut, tut. | scot126

30/12/2021 09:00 | Whilst I am sure there will be many posts related to weather in Alaska in the next few weeks, please remember the following. US weather reports will be in Fahrenheit not Celsius / Centigrade. It's December/ January (soon!) Talitha & Theta West sit Approximately 69 degrees 55 minutes north, so will see minimal sunlight / daylight for the coming month or two. ( hence little heat of the day) It will be cold up there....
