My problem with Pro's present attitude towards PANR is that much of his argument is based on unsubstantiated assertions, which appear highly dubious to me. As he is a man who justifies most of his posts on shares that he owns in a very rational, albeit rather over the top, manner, there appears to be some inconsistency!I'll post more on the specifics of his negativity towards PANR tomorrow morning if I get the chance!

Bit Coin, could they have been sells from 9.15 this morning which made the share price drop?

An interesting thought... would that have to be RNSed ?Also in the Blythweigh interview... Jay refers to *some of them are quite advanced* suggesting there are FO discussions with multiple parties?

The same Pro who posted that there would be no 3rd wave Covid.... The same Pro who later posted that there would be restrictions / lockdowns throughout 2021, not because of Covid, but because the worlds governments like the power.... The same Pro who announced he was out of PANR early this year....and is a prolific poster generally so would not have been able to keep quiet if he had bought back in at 30 to 40p while waiting for his 15 to 20p placing.... Deluded or Short... which is it?

dv01 - sure, Farallon could be selling. If so, there'll probably be an RNS before long.

I am outsider in this forum, but I think it is possible to debate, respectfully, the positive and the negative. That just aggregates to everyone. I am invested because it is a really good risk/reward investment. It has its risks but, if successful, an enormous reward.

I think there's a bit of mischief-making going on here to see if the Guild can leave the thread alone and let people be negative. At the moment it seems not!

Pro - I'd like to remind you have made such suggestions before and proved to be completely wrong! I remember arguing with you at the time when the share price was in the low 30's and you were suggesting a placing would have to below 20p.

I suspect you're not seeing this company in an unjaundiced way. There are very good reasons for this company's assets to be highly regarded. I'm sure there is a lot of interest from the industry. Furthermore, there is an excellent story to tell and I'm sure it will be simple enough to get strong institutional support for a placing well above 60p! Heavens, I could tell the story myself and be very confident of being able to raise $50m or so for 70p a share.

This is not the shoo-in that scot and his followers would have everyone believe but I believe it is an excellent risk/reward play with massive potential upside if drilling can support the tentative conclusions reached so far. I've got plenty, although some way less than I have in TXP, and I am pretty excited about the winter drilling.

‘Which is fine.....apart from 88E and PANR are operating in the fringes where commercial flowing oil is not so likely....’

Thank goodness someone took the time to set up a Guild, a place where sensible folk can have sensible discussion as opposed to having to read that nonsense above. Dear me.

Placing at 62.5p would be handy as would close the gap. Stock could get there quite quick anyway if support at the 50 goes. Been good support since the rally began in late June so should be quite hardy imo but getting sorely tested at the mo as is the channel.

Is this the same Pro_S2009 who was forecasting earlier this year with some certainty there would be a placing at 15p, which he then amended to 15 to 20p? And then disappeared from here when shown to be massively wrong, and returns now trying to talk his own agenda?

Be wary of paying any attention to anything he says.

Sorry but I don't agree at all with your views ref the 88E example. They desperately needed a farm -in partner at a time when the price of all was a lot lower and on a drill with greater risk. Further, 88E had no realistic chance of raising the funds themselves as their market cap could not support it. Even at a placing price of 60p, PANR could raise $45m with a dilution to shareholders of only 8%. 88E had to give up 60% of their acreage to Premier Oil for just $23m to drill the Charlie Well. The initial drill data was so unexciting that Premier gave back their rights to 88E. How you can compare the 88E situation with the position at PANR is laughable. It seems to me that ever since you closed your position with PANR your attitude to the company turns overly hostile. It seems that even though you have no position in the company you actively try to push the share price down through negative comment so as to justify your decision to sell.

Is it fair to assume that if the potential FO partner was an industry big fish we would have seen an exclusivity agreement much earlier in the autumn negotiations via RNS?
