These shorts are very worried..they desperately don’t want panr to get funding for the Aphun eastern extension..everyone should read and research for themselves why the company are so excited about Aphun
East and then make up their own minds who they want to listen to.

"michaelsadvfn - 25 Jul 2024 - 18:04:33 - 17951 of 18015 Not MODERATED by the guild - PANR

69% COS on the Mergez-1 well.....that's pretty much a guarantee of success."!

Good Lord. 69% is the equivalent of 100% apparently. This is the calibre of gambler we have on panr.

Mlf , you can’t deny that Helpfull nailed this .
It’s you guys , multiple alias folk , mostly likely two losing investors ( aka gang michael woody mlf content ) who fool no one .
He has most likely taken some of the money you used to have and pocketed it now .
You won’t get that back .

Notice you guys never say when you are going to sell yet you continually average down… yeah yeah if you say so billy

Wow
Helpful was putting in late hours yesterday and has started early this morning.
Why is he putting in even greater effort than usual to trash panr.
Is he worried?he desperately wants the placing to fail..has he got something riding on this??
Now would be a great time for us to hear from him as to what his motives are for spending so much time and effort trashing panr.
He seems very worried for himself.

If they are wise, they'll close now. A successful raise here will NOT lead to more selling! You can't say: it's going to fall because they're going to do a fund raise, and then when they've done it: it's going to keep falling! That is nonsense - and you're saying buyers at 17 are stupid? Get real Helpless!"

You do know what the price of the previous placings (mere months ago) were don't you forwood?

Cor blimey,guv!

The placing in May 2023 was also oversubscribed and the raised amount doubled.

Yesterday's placing has been increased by about 50%.

Last time the share price fell from 18p to 10p and obviously someone was selling at below the 17p placing price.

I think over days the same will happen again.

Get in the market and forward sell with the others if you can?

Pigs at the trough.

The mug punter is primed but when the enthusiasm diminishes there will be a mass dump.

How many share in issue for a company keeping placing shares to a minimum?

There are more to come.

Be careful.

Oh dear, the rampers are still trying to put a positive spin on the share price collapse!.... LOL

I did warn you at 40p and this still isn't the end of it!

10p coming sooooooooooon!

TICK TOCK

Simples!....... :-)

And for anyone wanting to put a negative spin on this placing do bear in mind that PANR has managed to retain 100% interest in the assets....no mean feat for a tiddler in the O&G sector.

That's an impressive increase from initial plans. Obviously strong interest in the new equity raise. A real positive

Helpless: trying to argue that the bondholder buying loads of shares at 17p and above and then flipping them will drive the share price down to 10p once again shows how ludicrous some of your arguments are. What idiot is going to buy at 17p and then sell them for less?
