Cor blimey, guv!

Helpfull will be helpful.

It may be of use to see where some of the shares are going.

The holder of the Convertible Bond is taking $4,000,000 of the $18.5 million placing (about 18,000,000 new shares).

The holder of the Convertible Bond is also taking $4,900,000 new shares in lieu of two 2026 quarterly bond payments, which comes to 22,380,254 new shares.

Adding both lots of new shares means that the holder of the Convertible Bond will have over 40,000,000 new shares.

And, to their cost, shareholders know how likely the holder of the Convertible Bond is to sell those shares.

Imagine the share price fall that occurs when the Convertible Bond holder sells just one "quarters" bond payment/interest shares multiplied by 4 or 5.

Whatever anyone tries to imply by "game changer", the only game in town is the mug punter.

I expect 10p to be achieved.

And remember, as well as the next bond/interest payment on Sept 15 2024 and the new shares coming along, there will be many itchy selling fingers amongst other participants in the cash raise.

Be careful.

I usually just peruse this forum but I have decided to take the plunge and join in the thrilling debate .
I promise I will not try to copy and paste work of others whilst trying to pass it off as my own.
I witnessed the gruesome slaughter of that owl 🦉 fella.
Grisly end or what .

Don't know how you have the nerve to pontificate about treatment of others. You and tongo among others have been treating people shamefully on the helpless thread.

Cyril , did you see this scathing attack on a newcomer in the moderated thread ?

Once again , Woody thinks it’s ok for himself to ridicule others ( name calling of helpfull ) yet bubbles like a bairn when someone turns the tables on him.

It’s a painful read when someone posts like that .
That type of post just gets dismissed.

I’m all for the paragraph police.
Echo should face a custodial sentence for that .
I’m calling the police .
It’s what most on here seem to do .

Panr have propriety seismic data on the Aphun topsets that makes them so keen to want to drill there.
They believe that drill testing could reveal high volume conventional type deposits.
The management, directors, advisors and even the convertible bond holders want to take part in the fund raise.
Everyone should read todays press release and do as much research for themselves as they can and make up their own minds.
Personally I like listening to their webinars to get a good idea of what the company is aiming to achieve and whether I think they can succeed or not.
It’s difficult to block out the noise on this site especially from those who may well be bad actors, especially from those who refuse to say if they long, short or something else, yet they send out multiple messages every day pushing an agenda.

Deal's going well, partly due to the decision to price at 17p obviously, when they probably could have gotten over the line comfortably a 'p' or so higher. Funds possibly even being scaled back a bit. There has been a decent rumour in the market of late of a raise, but it appears some of the hotter shorts reckoned it would be a much bigger quantum and not for the main purpose of drilling a high impact, high-probability-of-success well in in this shallower location where the Company can drill a conventional (read: much cheaper) well with such a high chance of success. As a result, demand is apparently very high, so hopefully, the company's first port of call if any scaling back needs to happen will be with the demand from market makers themselves. Meantime, the US listing is trading pretty comfortably around 19.5p. All of this augers well for trading tomorrow and beyond.

Kemmy , Kempston joystick 🕹️, aka lizard.

Everything aside , you as a bumbling oaf of an investor do not know better than a professional outfit such as Mangrove .
That’s is 100% fact .
They will get decisions right and wrong , but I absolutely guarantee you that they will get it right many more times than you.

Another investor told you to use a fund manager as you have no idea what you are doing .
Go scratch some pigs bumbling oaf
